Extremely dense vehicular and pedestrian traffic along South University Drive with a simply entrance to the Promenade West plaza. Sometimes the parking is an issue but pre-rush hour its a breeze. Beautifully designed old southern decor with the thick wood block tables and the soft lighting provided an instant feeling of warmth and welcoming atmosphere. They took my simple order of a slice of NY style cheese pizza for $4.75, which is an upper tier price, so I anticipated a great memorable experience. The lone slice was placed into to an Esposito's labeled black and white box with a statement of "thanks for your order" stamped under their proud name. Took a quick peek and pic of the glistening slice before taking a seat on their covered patio. As a pizza freak, with just the visual alone, I could tell that it was going to be a treat. The cut out slice was mid-upper sized and was not overly saucey. The undercarriage was lightly charred with a firm base and crunchy cornicione. Very happy with the taste of the slice which proved to be an easy 8.6/10. Three eateries near each other and no fixed garbage cans in sight which was strange, although may be a plaza management issue out of the control of Espositos. Took my empty box and napkins with me to dispose elseware. Will return with the wife for a full pizza, wings and signature cocktails during their Happy Hour, which is offered everyday from 3p - 7p.

An unexpected fun time during happy hour at Esposito's. The hubby ordered a big slice of pizza that they made fresh for us. While waiting I ordered a Lychee Martini that was so delightfully delish. Cut off a part of my hubbys pizza and it was great. Sebastian the bartender had great conversation with us for about an hour.

Once again, we are on our search for the BEST Happy Hour deals, and Esposito's is a GEM! Fair price, and a diverse menu are appealing! $4 wines and a dandy $9 Old Fashioned shined at Happy Hour. The $13, Supreme Pizza and a Ceasar Salad that fed 3 for $12.5 are a steal. The Best was the Pear-Gorgonzola-Pasta appetizer. I think it's called Fionolli... order it!!!! The pace has a NICE vide with indoor-outdoor seating options!!! Nice Ambiance!!!!

Love this local gem! My partner and I would call ourselves regulars at this point. They have the best calamari in town, great pizza and salad. Pasta dishes are also incredible in both taste and portion size. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is always clean. They're also available on uber eats and have a few items that are exclusive for mobile orders, like their chicken parm sub. The bread is incredible! They're never as busy as I think they should be so please give them a try!

This Italian place is such an underrated spot in Davie. We stumbled upon it while in the plaza for Jade tea and it didn't look like much on the outside. The inside of the restaurant has a sophisticated environment and the staff is very professional. The pizza tasted like pizza I've had in Italy and I've never said that about a place in the Untied states. I hate eating crab cake but I had to try some of my husbands and this crab cake was so unique. It comes crispy and has peppers inside which gives it an entirely different flavor. They have a happy hour menu from 4-7 pm where you can get 10 inch pizzas for around $13 which is insane considering how tasty these pizzas are. I can't wait to come back and try more apps, pasta, and dessert from this place. We really wanted the Oreo cheesecake but we were so full by the time we go to dessert.

I had a pepperoni pizza to go. And dare I say that thang was slapping. Imagine every good expectation you've had and it still exceeded it. Every aspect from crust to cheese to sauce felt like something new. Like what was I eating before if this pizza tastes so new and delicious. It's re-invented what I thought pizza was Did not sit in so I don't have a real opinion about service but didn't seem to get any bad vibes. Grabbed my meal and skedaddled The place was cute when I walked in. Felt formal-ish but of course any place like that in Florida can also pass as a casual spot as well. Excited to come back and try their other dishes

Gabriel was our server and he did a great job. Timely, helpful, and fantastic personality. Esposito's put up new cafe lights on their patio and it is lovely!! Definitely inviting. For food, we ordered calamari as the appy, chicken parm, eggplant rollatini, and the branzino! The portions are huge, so make sure to come hungry or bring a buddy to share! The garlic rolls in the beginning were flaky and delicious. My husband who doesn't like bread or butter ate two of them!

This is the first time I dine in at this restaurant and it was outstanding. I've live in plantation for 10 years, and I have ordered from them before; however, tasting the pizza fresh out of the oven was from another world. It's located in a plaza so parking is easy. Went in on a Friday around 10 pm. We were seated within 5 minutes. We ordered: Supreme, Hawaiian, and the works pizza (added mushrooms) We were 4 and finished the four pizzas having no appetizer perfectly. Our server was Carissa, very nice and on point with anything we needed. Pizzas came out around 20 min After ordering. I had a funky Buddha Floridian to drink. Ambience is not loud and perfect for a family meal. The pizzas were amazing I can say as a pizza fan one of my favorite pies in local findings. Must try out!

We haven't been here in a while so we decided to come back with a big party and celebrate a birthday for our daughter. Food was on point and service was just ok.

Esposito's Pizza Bar Restaurant2221 S University Dr, Davie, FL 33324Review Time!If you're looking for an authentic Italian spot that feels like home and serves food that will change your mind about ingredients you thought you didn't like, head over to Esposito's Pizza Bar Restaurant.I started with the bruschetta, and it was amazing! The fresh toppings were perfectly balanced, and even though I've never been an olive person, this dish made me rethink that. The olives added just the right touch, and I loved every bite. For my main course, I went with the branzino cooked to perfection and seasoned so well. It's light, fresh, and perfect if you're looking for a healthier option that doesn't skimp on flavor.Overall Vibe: The restaurant has a cozy, family feel and would be ideal for a casual date night or a nice family outing. The staff is welcoming, and it's clear they put a lot of heart into their food and service. If you're in the Davie area, Esposito's is a must-visit!

He took his time, he answered all questions and gave excellent suggestions about how much food we needed and what would be best for our vegetarians and vegans. My order was ready by the time arrived like the app predicted and the pizza was still hot. I'm normally not a big neapolitan pizza lover, I prefer thick crust pizza, but this was delicious. There was lots of cheese and it wasn't too greasy. It was very delicious and a huge pizza for a medium. They cut the pizza into like a million pieces so you get so many slices it's nice. They have basic to creative pizza toppings and the pasta could be home made. I was not sure since it was pretty uniform in size. The sauce on the pizza was a little sweet for me but it worked well with the amount of crust to cheese ratio. I would have liked the meat on the pizza to be more plentiful but each slice did have at least one piece of meatball on it. The Greek salad was also very good and had lots of fresh toppings on it. I had such a great experience here tonight. The food was absolutely delicious from start to finish…read more We started with the calamari, which was cooked perfectly--light, crispy, and not greasy at all. The garlic rolls were insane... honestly some of the best I've ever had. We shared a house salad, and it was huge--definitely big enough to split. Everything tasted super fresh, and the balsamic dressing was perfectly drizzled and flavorful without being overpowering. For my entrée, I ordered the chicken parmesan with angel hair pasta. I'm pretty picky about marinara sauce (and I'm Italian, so I hold places to a higher standard), but everything was completely on point. The flavors, the sauce, the portion--just really well done. What made the experience even better was the owner coming over to talk to us. She shared details about the food and the restaurant, which made it feel really personal and welcoming. They also host special wine tastings at the end of the month with a curated menu, which I definitely want to come back for. We didn't try the pizza this time, but I already know I'll be back. They offer thin crust and even a deep dish that you can order ahead (about an hour in advance), which sounds amazing. It's a smaller place, but it's cozy, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the service was excellent. The senior management at Sicilian Oven definitely keeps tabs on their stores and ensures that the stores are living up to their expectations. This one is no different. The food was spot on! The garlic rosemary bread is to die for. We've often thought of just getting a couple of those and a plate of pasta to share. However, today we had a small Sicilian salad (with gorgonzola added on) to go with the bread. Chef's kiss! We then spent quite some time, while we drank our wine, discussing what to have. Sometimes we opt for the fire roasted shrimp Palermo, or the cervellata with onions and peppers, or the wings, etc. Today, we did our go-to pizza; cervellata, mushrooms, grilled onions, double garlic and double basil. It hits all the taste points, and these guys make those flavors work exceptionally well together. Once that first bite (with the perfect fold) hits those taste buds (mine I throw some red pepper flakes on to give it an extra kick), it makes you dance in your chair. Did we take half of it home? One detail that stood out immediately was the visible service dog sign near the hostess stand. I was seated right away, and they even brought out a water bowl for my service dog without needing to ask. The server was knowledgeable about the menu, offered helpful recommendations, and confirmed they provide a 20% discount for military members and first responders on select meals, which is always appreciated. I shared a large Mona Lisa pizza topped with fresh basil, prosciutto, and thick slices of tomato. The thin crust came out perfectly crisp with just the right amount of char from the brick oven. Service was friendly overall, although it appeared the server may have been covering too many tables. Drink refills were missed, and it took a little while to close out the check.
