Jim was very helpful, asked a lot of detailed questions in order to give me the most accurate ballpark estimate. He also answered all of my questions patiently. When he came to the house to look at the job and give an estimate he was even telling we wouldn't need to remove the asbestos if we're not planning to be in the basement that often. He was very polite and professional and also adhered to COVID guidelines. We had to wait about 4 weeks for the crew to come (which he told me even before coming to give an in-person estimate) and everything went smoothly. However, a couple of weeks we discovered they missed a very small section at a wall.
