I asked if there could be one that was made and not sliced (as we have decorations for the cake) and I was told that if I wanted that option, it needed to be ordered one week in advance!!! How "fresh" are these cheesecakes if ALL I wanted was for one not to be sliced?? Very random and also ZERO flexibility from the person I spoke to one the phone. I'm flying in from DC to Detroit to celebrate my mother-in-law's birthday... Last thing we need is terrible service and an inflexible business for something that is a minor request!
