Nicole was a great assistant in helping with my grandson. She was really nice and was able to help him stay relaxed.

If I could give Esha Dental a 0 star rating I would but unfortunately this makes me add 1 star in order for me to leave review but I need to show awareness to other parents before they consider bringing their children here. This place is horrible now! They are careless! I have been here about a year ago where they treated my daughter and used Nitrous oxide because my daughter had so much fear. It was great back then the dentist that was there and assistants were very great with her she had no pain during the whole procedure felt nothing not even the local injection! Which is why I chose to keep coming. Keep in my mind I drove almost an hour to come here for that reason because of how great the experience was. Fast forward now I had to bring my daughter back this week and this time the experience was horrible! The dentist that my daughter had apparently was new which at first my thought was fine I will just explain to her about my daughter's fear. When it came time for the procedure and the local injection was given my daughter screamed at the top of her lungs she felt the injection the Dentist instead of comforting my daughter she shushed her and told her she needed to stop and open her mouth! Completely uncompassionate of course my daughter was going to keep crying. They explained she needed a tooth extraction and the dentist while having my daughter screaming at the top of her lungs forced her instrument in her mouth and pulled her tooth and as soon as she pulled it my daughter started screaming and crying again told her to shush as she had her instrument in her mouth I repeatedly asked what was going on if she can feel it and my concerns were ignored she just went ahead and pulled it off. At the end I expressed how bad the experience was because my daughter had never screamed the way she did that day and they tried lying to me saying my daughter cried every time she was there and it was in their notes which was not true because the times I had brought her in she was very calm throughout the whole thing. So when I asked to see those notes and get a copy of them they kept saying they would provide me with them but never did I also asked who I can complain to and again it was brushed off. They refused to provide me with my child's dental treatment and records plus refused to provide me with information on where I can complain which as a patients parent I have a right to. They kept saying if I submit a complaint it would affect the owner of the place! read more

I have never had such a terrible experience, I left the building literally CRYING. Please avoid this place as much as possible and tell your friends to not take their kids here! You will get ripped off, be insulted in many ways, disrespected, and be put in a spot where you don't have any freedom to make your own choices for your child. Let me tell you my story. My 5 year old son had many cavities and during the consultation appointment they took X-rays, charged me the $150 fee for papoose board restraint and scheduled the appointment that was not until 2 months later. The dentist said we would be doing 2 caps for him on that day. They gave me a brief review about how everything is going to look on that day and mentioned I won't be allowed to stay in a room. I came in on the day of the procedure and there was Dr. Villa (different dentist than on consultation day) who specializes in treating children's teeth. While she introduced herself and explained what she was going to do she also told me she is going to treat all 14 cavities for my son, as she likes to treat everything at once and every single visit is going to cost additional $150. I told her I do not want to treat everything and want to leave the two front teeth untreated since they're going to fall out within a year and she didn't look too happy about it. Then she explained that they need to retake my sons X-rays because it's been 2 months since last visit and she needs to see if cavities got any worse. I agreed and followed everything she recommended. She also kept mentioning to me that if I do not want to treat some of my son's teeth then we can stop right here and I can go ahead and find another dentist. I said let's just go ahead and do what she says it's best for him. I asked her how many injections is she going to put to numb my son's mouth and she responded by saying that she's not going to tell me that and all I need to know is his left and right side of the face is going to be numb. Then I went to the waiting room and then dr. Villa said it would be best for me to go wait in the car because I look nervous. She stepped out for a second and came back saying that actually my son is going to need an extraction and a tooth spacer put in because one of his tooth became necrotic. I said I do not want to extract it so she said "if you had a necrotic leg would you leave it or have it amputated?". I told her I will go ahead and get a different opinion on that tooth so she stood up and said then we are going to stop right here. I told her she's very unprofessional and she even argued with me and said she is professional! I really do not like fighting with someone but this was really too much. I ended up crying but this place is not worth it. I can't even image what she would have done to my son if she treated him!! read more

Awful honestly awful place to go. I brought my son there and they said he had to come back to get nitrous gas to get a baby root canal. Once we got there, it changed to a extraction. My son jumped out of the chair when she blew air on him and then said that he wanted to try again and he was completely calm at this time, and the Indian doctor was extremely rude and wouldn't take him and just moved onto the next patient. He's four I should add that to the nurse asked her if she would try again on a different appointment and she refused and was saying awful things, and the nurse had to remind her to mind her self. Here is my experience with Esha Dental that still hurts me as a mother and as a client. We came to the office with my 4 years old son to have his cavities done. I am not talking about sitting in the waiting area for an hour, because they have many patients that require a lot of patience, I am not talking about MAD AND CARELESS reception area personnel that NEVER PICKS UP THE PHONE because that's not the most important things for me. I am talking about DR. SUNITA SAHU So, the first appointment was easy and fast. My son needed cavities. We've talked about the procedure, "happy gas" and all the staff concerning the fillings that need to be done. They scheduled the procedure in 2 months. At the day of the procedure my son woke up with fever, so I called them to reschedule. I called 10 times, Nobody picked up the phone. Finally I talked to them after 5 pm that day. They rescheduled the procedure for another 2 months. Ok. So, the day of the procedure, we are there. Waiting, of course. The doctor showed up and told me TO LEAVE THE ROOM. I was not allowed to be with my 4 years old son in the room during the procedure. It was regular filling, no sedation, just "happy gas". When I started to ask questions she got mad and offered me to leave and find another dentist. Seriously???? I was waiting for 4 months in total to have this done. During the first consultation appointment NOBODY TOLD ME THAT I CANNOT BE IN ROOM WITH MY SON. So, I talked to my son, he told me he was alright and I went to the waiting room. After 10 minutes of sitting I heard him crying. He cried for 10 minutes and I asked the receptionist to check on him. Another 10 minutes and he started yelling " Mom, help me". My heart was burning... the receptionist came and told me to go in there. My son calmed down right at the moment he saw me. Complete calmed down. We don't speak English at home. He just couldn't understand everything what DR. SUNITA SAHU and her assistant were telling him. He is 4 years old. I went somewhere. He was alone. Of course he did not cooperate. I was trying to explain everything to the doctor. I was asking her to let me stay in the room. It would comfort him. She did not even listen to me. They put the mask with the gas on him, they numbed the area already. And doctor refused to do her work. She told me they have to sedate him completely or to put some kind of the blanket on him to force him not to move!!!! Are you guys serious?????? How can you do it to a child??? I said no and doctor SUNITA SAHU just left a room. Without saying a word. I was crying inside. If they told me that I was not allowed to be in the room with my 4 years child for his first dental fillings, I would never go this office!!! Dental assistant talked to me and explained that trey will send the referral to some other clinic. We left the office being abused and traumatized. I'm am writing this for another parents to keep my situation in mind when taking their children to this office hoping to get the proper care. read more

scheduled weeks ago, was rescheduled 3 times by them. finally went to get a school document for me and my little sister, was refused to be provided with it until they completed a second procedure on me. was charged 100 per child for an xray and a basic cleaning with insurance. told them my school required the paper, which in then they told me that there was a confusion, and they never denied the service. apparently the receptionist was "too busy" and would mail the paper. never recieved it, and now am going to school empty handed. dont recommend this place, at all. read more

I like the place specially the dentist assistant she is so nice and friendly with kids !!! I do braces for me ! I like a lot ! Only they need more organization between frond desk and doctors! Other wise they are nice ! Thanks read more

Don't bring your kids here. my child is still traumatized and so am I with all the guilt I'll forever carry. they have a pediatric dentist come in from her own practice once a week, she specializes with special needs kids and that thought is deeply troubling to me. She's a bully, the way she spoke to me and belittled me even in front of my child. I regret going through with the procedure which I wasn't allowed to be in the room for and when I finally was allowed back my child was standing left alone in a corner of the room and looked pale and dead eyed and took a minute for her to snap out of it. It wasn't whatever drugs she was on, she was beat from crying and being in pain/panic the whole time. She was terrified and they just left her, no comfort no reassurance. The whole thing was awful and so was recovering from the experience which we are still working on almost a year later. And then the staff, unbelievable. So rude and unprofessional when you ask questions or for your records when you want to take with you while you search for a different doctor And to make sure you didn't get some bogus work or products put on your child. So disappointed of this place. Not a good place to go to the dentist at all! They have lack of communication, dentist and receptionist don't communicate with each other at all. Not child friendly! They had the audacity to tell me to bring an extra person to hold down my child because he was gonna be too chaotic and was gonna hurt the dentist and everyone around them. Like really. I drive an hour to that place because I thought they were professional and child friendly but they have none of that at all. I don't recommend this place at all specially with kids. Staff and dentist don't know how to work with kids they have zero patience specially the dentist if she doesn't know how to work with kids she shouldn't work with them. read more

Honestly guys I never write reviews, I'm not a Karen lol but this place was horrible, i tried to give them a chance over FOUR TIMES. I went for whitening and then they ended up filling a couple of cavities... and after being filled they ALL hurt and I went back to get them fixed and looked at two separate times and you guys.. it's even worse. I can't even eat without being in pain. So I waited and I was scheduled for a root canal with a "specialist" and they over booked my appointment that she openly admitted to my face they over scheduled it when I told her I took off my first job and they let be late for my second job. HORRIBLE customer service and the fact that I drove an hour FIVE TIMES and took off work for and and kept me waiting for over two hours and didn't even apologize. Please for you own sake they will ruin your mouth and all it is is a Groupon place please dont go there because I can guarantee you will have your mouth ruined ... just wanted to give y'all a heads up cause I'm in pain and they Do not care about there patients. read more

Very frustrating. Made a ZOOM teeth whitening appointment 3 weeks earlier and they didn't inform that my daughter needed to be 18. We drove 20 minutes for this and it was a waste of time. read more
