Once you get inside, you actually see where and how everything is produced (something you won't get at the "fancier" tasting rooms). The staff is so knowledgeable and pleasant, and they go out of their way to make your tasting experience a nice and memorable one. Ryan Roark is the type of winemaker who really likes to let his grapes do the talking and his wines are AMAZING! Our employees had an amazing time! Riding the tractor was a hit, visiting with the Scottish Highland Mini Bull was so much fun, and our animal encounter with the goat was a favorite too. The lunch was great -- the sandwiches were served on homemade bread that was really tasty. The setting was perfect, with ample shade, a nice breeze, and comfortable temperatures. If you're looking for a venue for a company party or special event, I can't recommend Vega Vineyard & Farm highly enough. The trailer has a nice selection of vintage kitchen ware, bar ware and other items to compliment the mid century theme. My suggestion- order take out at Industrial Eats and set up on the patio of Helix with a bottle of bubbly and enjoy your afternoon.
