Really unfortunate that I have to write this review. We contacted the company to discuss these issues and were basically brushed off and told we should have called at some point during that night and then maybe they could have done something for us. Um, no, that's not how that works. I rented the sprinter limo bus for our group to celebrate my husband's retirement from the US Army. There were 3 pick ups before it got to our home, then we were going to Nationals Park, and then the return dropoffs in the same order on the way back. We had the bus from 4:30-11:30pm, which was all stipulated in our contract. The driver, Ishmael, was almost 20 minutes early to the first stop. I know early should be better, but no one was ready that early. Anyway, he gets to our house and the people he had picked up were very rattled and said his driving was "crazy." I thought they were exaggerating until we all got on the bus and he started driving. OMG, he was so unsafe. Slamming on brakes, people and things flying all around the bus. I stood up once to hand something to someone and was thrown halfway down the aisle. Not acceptable at all. THEN, we get to Nationals Park and he had no clue where to drop us off. It should not be my responsibility to tell him where to go. We had to jump a fence to get to the ticket gate. BUT, not before he lectured me to make sure we were back in time to drive us all home. Pickup was pretty smooth, but then we had the hellacious drive back. I, again, had to tell him we would have them leave our house in time to get the other 3 stops done by 11:30pm. At our house he started complaining that we were keeping him from his family (it was 10:25pm at this time - plenty of time for him to drop them all off before 11:30pm). I'm a good person, so I reluctantly tipped him. As sore as my neck is from being whipped around on that bus all night I might go get it checked out. I will ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend them to anyone ever. Your customer service response to us was abysmal. Even an apology would have been nice and probably stopped me from writing such a harsh review. Not a wise choice in an industry that is very driven by word-of-mouth recommendations. read more

Kevin was a wonderful, patient driver for a gaggle of loud 11 y.o. boys. Kevin arrived 30 minutes early and was accommodating when we added a few pickups and drop offs. Escort Limousine Service is absolutely stellar! We booked them for our daughter's wedding on 6/18/22. From the first interaction to our last, they were so friendly, accommodating and responsive. The day of the wedding, they were unable to provide the Escalade we booked due to a situation out of their control. They called me several hours in advance with their back up plan and sent their Porsche Panamera as a replacement! I've honesty used three or four other car services in the DC Metro area and I always seem to wind up with a broken stereo, lighting and even a radiator once. I've now used Escort twice and both times have been spectacular for company events. We've used them for an MGM and Winery event and both times the cars were perfect (H2 & Lincoln) and the drivers could not have been nicer. Also, the woman taking my reservation was polite and seemed to remember me, but I'm assuming they have a great CRM system. Anyway, I'd recommend Escort and will be using them again! read more

I stumbled on to Escort Limousine Service 3 months ago and honestly I am so thankful I did. My father's funeral was soon to come at Arlington National Cemetery and this in my mind is not an easy trip for any driver. I had a party of 13 and rented the Mercedes Sprinter van which was very luxurious and spacious. Anyway, the trip required a pickup for my family at one location, then off to ANC where there was a short wait through security then off to the Old Post Chapel for a short ceremony, a lengthy procession to Dad's grave site, and finally to the Officers Club then a ride back to our original starting point. The owner Kamran was awesome to say the least and I was thankful they had a ton of experience traveling to ANC and I without question fully recommend Escort. Our driver Kevin was phenomenal, please request him as your driver. Kevin's service is above and beyond superior and my party of 13 just loved him. He was so happy to help the elderly in and out of the van with every stop it was just amazing. No flaws, no hiccups, just perfection and myself plus 12 others fully recommend this business. One more thing, this Mercedes Sprinter they have was perfect for a large party, the inside was like a long stretched out horseshoe shape where we all were just about facing each other. Had this service for a work event. They were awful. The driver drove like a maniac, didn't seem to know where he was going or what he was doing, and was very unprofessional when handling payment/tip. Put a major damper on our event. One of our party members left their cellphone in the limo along with all of our other belongings that we were told we could leave in the limo and we went to the event. We are picked up by a different limo, same driver. Weird since no one told us we would be switching limos. Whatever though, as long as everything is there. Oh wait! The phone is missing. Everything else is there except the phone. A $900 phone might I add. When we told the driver he nervously brushed it off and said he would contact the office and call us tomorrow. He said he would drop it off at our office in Lansdowne since he lives in Leesburg. Interesting but nice. Well today comes and we had no phone call. I contacted the driver and he nervously said "uh, uh, ill call you back" No. Its quite simple. Where is the phone? So we call the supervisor who insists that they don't have it. The supervisor even started to get rude and try to say that it was our fault! How? We didn't know we were switching cars! No phone has been produced and it looks like the $900 phone and the $900 car ride are both gone and at a loss. Waste of money. Never again. read more

My sister, step-dad and I ordered a mega stretch lincoln town car to take nine of my mom's friends and family on a Leesburg wine tour. The town car was very nice and the driver was great. We JUST used this service for Homecoming (for a party bus for 20 kids) and when I was called out at midnight to pay the balance due (they wouldn't charge it remotely the way they did the deposit, they demanded I be there in person) -- the driver tried to commit credit card fraud by adding an extra $50 tip on my credit card. I told him I wasn't putting the tip on my credit card (I had cash in an envelope for that) and I was annoyed when he said that the usual tip was 30%, but was putting that aside to complete the transaction (though his 30% remark put me on high alert to be careful). When he tried to sneak in the $50 additional tip, then covered the total with his hand, shining his cell phone light towards where I was to sign - hiding what he had done - I wouldn't sign and asked him to lift his hand to reveal the total. He tried again saying "No, you sign over here" and redirected my attention to the signature line. Clearly he had done this before and had this scam down. He knew precisely what he was doing and was trying to take advantage of the dark to hide his credit card fraud that he was attempting. I told him no, that he had to write the total for the correct amount, signed it, left, and immediately called "Cameron" to discuss what happened. The scam continued as Cameron said "It's OK" ... NO, It's NOT OK. I can't believe they tried to scam me like this. This is illegal and appeared to be well practiced. I will never use this dishonest company again for what they tried to pull on me tonight. I will find another service. read more

I used Escort Limousine service on Sat. 6/23/2012 for my 10 year wedding vow renewal. I rented the 14 passenger white Lincoln Navigator. This company was about 10 minutes late arriving to pick the bridesmaids and bride up. Then there was a conflict in the final payment that I (the bride) had on file with my email and the price the driver gave me, but with no time to discuss it, I just paid it (Arrgh). Then the driver was not dressed in a tuxedo, he wore a suit jacket that was one color and pants that was another color. Wow, I was thinking to myself. After that, we got into the limo and the tv's had broken buttons that were pushed in, the radio would not work and I really wanted to listen to some music to try and relax before the ceremony! By this time I was getting pretty frustrated at this point. Then when we got to the location, The driver never pulled out the red carpet that I was suppose to step on so that I wouldn't have to worry about my white dress hitting the ground. Therefore, I paid for a red carpet service that I never received. There was no water or soda or anything in the limo to drink and just a small bucket of ice that looked like it came out of someone's ice tray in their personal freezer! What in the world kind of limousine service did I get? Last but definitely least, I called the owner of company to express my concerns and he was very defensive asking my questions like "Did you ask the driver to pull out the red carpet?" If you are a limo driver, all you have to do is look professional, drive the vehicle, be on time, and be courteous to your clientele. Not once did he apologize for any inconvenience that I experienced, but instead made excuses for every issue I brought up! Overall, As a bride on her wedding day, which is a once in a lifetime experience....I was HIGHLY disappointed in not only the experience, but also in the response from the owner. Please save yourself some time and unnecessary frustrations. Go with another limo company! This company does not take customer satisfaction seriously at all! read more
