The products are no longer as consistent as they used to be, and I've noticed a significant drop in quality compared to what they offered in the past. I really hope management listens to longtime customers and focuses on improving quality instead of just increasing prices.

When we called, the dispatcher realized that they had mistakenly booked the bus for the next day (An honest mistake based on the comments they put in the invoice however we had agreed on the 13th and had multiple emails stating that). The dispatcher was very helpful in the matter and was able to get us two 30 person buses to our location 2 hours after our scheduled departure so that the day was not completely ruined and we appreciated that. That alone would not have garnered a negative review from me, I get it, mistakes happen; but how you respond to those mistakes is what matters. So when I called during the week to hopefully get some form of reim or at the very least an official apology for the mistake, I was ignored! Five texts left on 'read', multiple calls not returned, multiple emails not replied to. Not once did I yell at anyone or give anyone a hard time, I simply stated that we did not receive the service that we paid for and I was hoping for some sort of refund or compensation for the trouble. Complete radio silence from the company. I don't understand what I did to earn such a disrespectful unprofessional (non) response. Be cautious to anyone considering this company, they use Zelle for their transactions and so when they make a mistake you have no way to get your money back and they refuse to take accountability for their mistakes.

That response was completely unprofessional and made an already frustrating situation even worse. To make matters worse, the driver also arrived late, which nearly caused us to miss our event. Overall, this experience fell far below what I expected, and I would not recommend this service based on how these issues were handled. We needed a transfer from rural Pennsylvania to rural Virginia, and Patrick was happy to accommodate us. He communicated well and arrived precisely on time - wearing a suit! He loaded our luggage into the immaculate and very large SUV, while telling us about some potential traffic delays. The traffic turned out to not be quite so bad, and we arrived at our destination a little bit early. Patrick played excellent music, and kept us entertained with stories for most of the trip. And when we arrived, he carried our luggage to the door. And all that, for a very reasonable rate - not much more than if we'd rented a car and driven ourselves. I just don't see any other option for the next time I'm in the region - Patrick will be the first call I make.

Our time in Galway was spent on tour with Caddie Tours. The specific tour was Sean Fleming - Best of the West (Galway) Tour. My wife and I know Sean from the Auld Shebeen Irish Pub in Old Town Fairfax and make sure we have reservations any time Sean shows up. In a nutshell, Caddie Tours, under Niall Leogue's watchful eye, was excellent and thoroughly entertaining. Sean alone would have been enough, but Niall was the cherry on top. Engaging, witty, and charismatic, Sean and Niall provided everyone on tour memorable experiences. The tour included visits to "The Quiet Man" village (where I not only walked in John Wayne's steps, I wore the clothing and acted out a few of the scenes (thanks, Niall)), Aran Islands (wonderful scenery and small village shops), and a Story Telling evening in the back of a pub in Galway called The Office (Brian Nolan, The Story Teller, was incredible!) to name a few. Intertwined with the visits was singing by Sean Fleming who literally had his acoustic guitar with him EVERYWHERE we went. He sang on the bus, in a church, in a few pubs, and the hotel bar! All in all, I highly recommend using Caddie Tours as part of your visit to Ireland. Splitting our time between doing our own thing and using a touring group was excellent as we were able to enjoy having the freedom to do whatever we wanted while also enjoying a planned, guided event. We met some great people on the tour and look forward to seeing them again when we see Sean play at the Auld Shebeen. So, reach out to Niall and let him know John sent you to Caddie Tours!
