We rented a 30+ person small bus. It was a 95 degree day and the AC on the bus did not work. The recommendation from the driver was to hold the windows open. All of this AFTER we were asked to pay more money. The TV was broken, the bus hadn't passed a service since Aug 2018 (it was June 2024). And it was a complete waste of time and money. Don't book with this company. The driver hit another coach while backing into a space, the AC was out, what a miserable 45 minute ride! The coach was beat up, they had masking tape holding in a window and the rear bumper has seen it's better days! I wonder how many vehicles, curbs or walls this coach has backed into? read more

This company sucks the guy showed up looking like a hot bag of trash with a car that was washed out side but inside was exploded soda cans with a sticky mess all over the back of the car. This company ran all of the transportation for the summer camp that I was running at the time. They were understanding of needing flexibility and being on time. They were willing to do anything and everything for us. I have contacted them one time for a private event, unfortunately the event plans changed and we didn't end up using a limo but they were quick in email responses, offered us a very competitive rates, and willing to make changes for us when needed. We hired Simple Limo to take us one Saturday evening for roundtrip service between Reston and DC and we had the best time. We went to a concert, but the entire group agreed that the shuttle bus we rented from Simple Limo absolutely made the night and made our evening SO MUCH FUN!! Alex was our driver and was really nice and patient with our group. The booking and contract process was a breeze. They were also the best priced company as we called two other companies for quotes. We spoke with both Alex and Maria (?) and they were so friendly, professional and always available (we called on Sunday afternoon and late into the evening and someone was always there to speak with). I am an event planner and hire transportation services all the time throughout the country for all types... airport sedan transfers for VIPs, shuttle buses and large charter buses moving groups as small as 25 people to 500. So after working with dozens of companies, I can say this is a great company to work with and will definitely be hiring them again! I work at a high school and coordinate transportation for the school. I coordinate for athletics and school trips, we use Simplelimo at least 3-4 times a week during the fall, winter, and spring. The drivers do a tremendous job of being on time and getting the kid safely to our destination. Scheduling a bus is quick and easy, a matter of a phone call or email. This is our second year using this company, and the price a lot better than other companies we have used in the past. Dishonest company. Terrible owner, Alex, would not honor the 10% first time client discount as stated clearly on the website. One of the most unprofessional business interactions I have ever had. Rather than honor the 10% discount he argued that it was not valid because it was a "slow Saturday". He then defiantly cancelled the ticket and told us "to find our own way to the airport." To refuse service to a family of four trying to get to the airport b/c he would not honor the website's claim is beyond explicable. Fortunately, we called Yellow Cab. They were at our place immediately with a large, very clean van, and the total price was less than 50% of what Simple Limo offered. It definitely worked out in our favor. I used this company for my son's wedding. The driver showed up looking like he had rolled out of bed and was not sure where he was going. The limo was a mess and the driver threatened one of the groomsmen. The driver also forgot to take the luggage out of the limo before he left and then told the dispatcher that he went over the contracted time when he had to return. The dispatcher told me that they would do whatever they could to make it up to me and the supervisor promised to refund me 20% of the cost. It never happened. Once they had my money, they seemed to not care a bit about me as a customer. Stay away. read more

On very short notice they were able to arrange a trip for my son and his friends to the Train concert at Jiffy Lube. The limo was very clean, the driver was very professional and they all had positive things to say. They showed up on time (even a little early). I would recommend them and will use them in the future. I had considerable problems getting an estimate from other service providers. I definitely do not recommend this company. They are not very professional and don't go above and beyond to provide good customer service, which I expect when spending this kind of money. First, the driver did not come prepared with an itinerary (which I sent in advance) or directions, so I wasted extra time looking up the addresses for him. The driver then proceeded to get lost, which put us at least 20 minutes out of our way. He also didn't know how to work the radio (although I guess we should have been prepared with our own IPod), and it was very scary how he was fumbling around with it while driving, and then talking on his cell phone while driving. I'll admit that we arrived home about 45 minutes later than planned, but I was charged an extra $100 dollars for that, and we probably only would have been about 20 minutes late if the driver had been prepared with directions and we had not gotten lost. When I called to ask about this I was told someone would call me back the next day. Three days later they still hadn't. Ultimately I was credited $25. This is also a minor complaint considering, but they also charged me the full amount before receiving a signed credit card authorization form... just kind of shady. read more
