I called twice without response and after booking online and arriving to an empty building I was told there was no availability until 7 hours later as there were bigger groups booking at that moment on the website. We were only 3 and they had a group of 7 booking at the moment. Not acceptable and very disappointed as the reviews were good and I wanted to do something fun with my kids. read more

My daughter celebrated her birthday with 5 friends at Escape This Live. They chose the Jungle Adventure and LOVED it! Collin was a fantastic guide who got them all set up in the room and provided them hints just when needed. They had an awesome time and it will definitely be a birthday party to remember! One thing: in the past when we've gone to escape rooms, after the event, participants took "post escape room" pics where they held signs that say "we escaped" or "almost!" but that doesn't seem to be an option here. Maybe because of COVID? In any case, it was still a great time! read more

Escape This Live is a super awesome and fun way to spend an hour with a group of friends or family. You'll be locked in a room, given a short story, then the timer starts! Really fun. The Wizards test is really challenging. Yet all the puzzles were logical and the clues are there if you look.

Absolutely fantastic! My sister and brother-in-law came to town, so I decided to take the family. We had a group of six (from my 11 year old daughter to us 40 and 50 somethings). We all went in cautiously optimistic but also a bit worried that it would be cheesy or kitsch. So this wildly exceeded our expectations (the optimistic ones). My kids loved it as well as the adults. The host was super-friendly and he gave us just enough instruction. We chose the pirate-themed escape. The room was very-well decorated and the ambient music really set the mood. We dove right in and found the puzzles to be challenging but fun - a few times we got stuck but got just enough of a clue to keep us going and having a great time. By the end of it I was sweating, but we found the final key with 4 minutes to spare - until I dropped it under the door to get out :-) This was the highlight of my sister's visit, and we will be going back for their Wild West room - and the any new rooms they come up with - it may just end up being a tradition for their visits to see us. read more

Having done many escape rooms across the country, I can say that this ranks at the top. As a group of two, we managed to escape the pirate themed room. The puzzles were clever, diverse, and fair. No insane logical leaps were required. When we arrived, a personalized note (complete with a wax seal) was waiting for us which helped set the scene for our escape. The owner/game designer greeted us enthusiastically and made us feel welcome. We loved every minute of our escape! Highly recommended! read more

This was my 20th escape room and there were definitely things that were lacking compared to rooms I've done before. The amount of people for the size of the room for starters. I get that people are trying to make money but putting up to 12 strangers in a room the size of a bedroom is not my idea of fun. Puzzles get solved with half the group not even knowing what happened. The decor was not bad but having a window with the blind up? That totally took me out of the theme and reminded me I was in a bedroom in Boise, ID. The puzzles were fun, at least the ones I took part in. If you're a beginner this room would be great but for me it was a let down. read more
