Sophie was excellent from check in to giving us only 1 hint to us breaking out with minutes left on the timer. Loved how creative the puzzles were vs just having a bunch of locks. You really had to use your brains and work through all of them. Also liked how just because 1 puzzle was solved it didn't mean that you won't need to return to it! Creative and very well done escape rooms! Puzzles *just* hard enough we needed a clue here and there. Also, too many puzzles for our group of 3 to finish in the first hour, so we took the discounted rate to come back and complete it. Our hostess Katelyn was informative, bubbly, and gave great clues that helped but didn't solve the puzzles for us. We'll be going back to try all the other rooms! read more

So fun! We did the Journey to Oz room for my birthday. It was my first time at this spot and my third overall escape room. By far my favorite! I loved the non-linear structure, meaning that you can split up and do multiple things at once, rather than things in a set order. We had four people, which was perfect for this room. The details in the room were so fun too. It was the perfect amount of various puzzles, and we got out with time to spare. Highly recommend, especially if you get Katelyn! read more

It was my nephews 14th birthday so we all headed out to experience the Mad Hatter's escape room. Team member Lillie met us at the door. She helped us get settled in with wavers, a locker, and a quick review of the rules. Then it was time! We had one hour to solve many themed clues and puzzles, several that involved everyone working together. I was very impressed with the level of detail and thought put in to the experience! Everyone had a great time from the kids to the 50 year olds and we are already looking forward to going again! We all agreed we will take up Lillies suggestion of the Oz room next! read more

Such a fun time at the Mad Hatter escape room! Came in with a group of friends (6 of us total); all of us have done a decent number of escape rooms, but this one was different and fun. The puzzles were uniquely challenging and engaging from start to finish, and they incorporated a variety of riddles and puzzles. Theme was done super well, and the attention to detail was fantastic. Here's the thing, Treasure Valley Escape Rooms. I would love to review your escape room, Gem Mine. The problem, Treasure Valley Escape Rooms, is that your host, Sam, has caused a slight problem. You see, Treasure Valley Escape Rooms, Sam did such an above and beyond job from the moment we entered the front door to the time we left that, and I need you to understand this fully, Treasure Valley Escape Rooms, my group and I have talked more about how great of a job he did than we have talked about the room. This isn't to put the room down, Treasure Valley Escape Rooms. On the contrary, I was extremely impressed by not only the immersion of the room but also the puzzles. It wasn't easy for 3 people, 2 of whom we'd call experienced, one person brand new to the concept, but we made it through. Treasure Valley Escape Rooms, I hesitate to explain to fully explain exactly what happened that made us like Sam so much, for fear that it becomes some kind of weird internet trend like asking Pizza Delivery Drivers to draw something on pizza boxes. Essentially, in my reservation to your room, Treasure Valley Escape Rooms, I made a request. I emphasize that I specifically wrote "No pressure," because anyone who has worked in food service and had to sing happy birthday while your manager looks on knows being forced to do so saps the will to live. I fully expected my request to be ignored. Instead, it was accomplished in such a manner that it may have sparked a rivalry between my friend and I that will be written about in poems for ages, rivalling the Homeric epics themselves. nice place and well thought out. my family of 5 did the Oz escape room. it was challenging and fun with 3 kids, 17, 15 & 12. the place was well done and the employees were friendly and helpful. the only reason I went with 4 starts was the rink started off cool, then got really hot. My daughter celebrated her 11th birthday party here and it was amazing! We had 8 5th graders do the 'Journey to Oz' escape room and rented out the event room to have pizza and cupcakes in afterwards. It was very easy and straightforward to book both the escape room and event room. It is super clean, staff is very friendly and happy to answer questions.Waivers can be filled out online through a link or in person when you arrive - super easy and convenient, only takes a few minutes. Our game master was excellent! She watched the kids from a camera in another room and gave puzzle hints when the kids asked and they were able to successfully 'escape' the room! I was notified a few minutes before they finished and got to take pictures of the kids posing in the different rooms. All the kids had lots of fun and wanted to do more escape rooms! The event room has 3 large tables and can seat about 20. The room itself is actually huge! There is a tv, power strip, fridge and microwave and party supplies if needed. It is also convenient to have the Dollar Tree and Reptile Zoo next door incase you forget any supplies or in my case, I had two Kindergartners that were too young to participate so I took them to the reptile zoo during the hour that the older kids were doing the escape room. Overall it was a great experience and would highly recommend! We will be back to do more escape rooms! read more

We loved it so much we signed up to do their other room, Gem Mine later that night. The Gem Mine game master, Sabrina was just as amazing. Can't wait for their other 2 rooms to open later this year. We did Captured: Doctor Fear (their hardest room) and it was perfect. Visited Treasure Valley Escape Room over the holidays 2022 while visiting family in Boise. We completed the Mad Hatter Alice in Wonderland room. It was a fun family activity for grown kids and parents! We had a great time solving the puzzles and working as a team to tackle various tasks. Some tasks were harder than others and required creative thinking. Our game master was Eric who was great at providing clues when needed, and was mostly hands off as we attempted to figure things out on our own. When we got stuck a couple times the clues provided helped us proceed without giving anything away or making the solutions obvious. Fun and unique experience! read more

This was my first experience with an escape room and I went in completely blind with no research or tips from friends. I was a bit anxious, as I had no idea what to expect, but I was very pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. The facility was clean, there were lockers to put coats and other personal belongings in, and the staff was very friendly! My group escaped the Gem Mine with 4 minutes to spare, which for a group consisting of a few beginners was great! The puzzles were challenging without being frustrating and there was a definite flow to the room. Everything in the room fits, works, and is on theme. Definitely a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. I had a great time and cannot wait to go back! read more

My Girlfriend and I stopped here while visiting my mom. This place came highly recommended from family in the area and it did not disappoint!! All the puzzles are very detailed and well thought out. We did the Gem mine which was considered a medium room. I am not an expert on escape rooms but this was by far the best one I have been to.
