Over time, EWC has gotten more corporate and less customer-focused... it reflects in the way waxing…read moretechniques have changed, how the quality and experience of the estheticians has gone down, the the flexibility of any employee (from managers to front desk staff to technicians) to provide customer solutions over sheer profit, and more. I've had to change waxers over and over again because the estheticians are constantly leaving. First, I have to work hard with the actual service providers to build a relationship over several months to get my services "right." In the 15 min appts it is hard to express the exact brow shape you're looking for, in example. Or, sometimes the technique being used is unnecessarily painful compared to another provider I'd worked with prior. Then, after 6 months it's finally right and then the technician leaves, and the cycle begins again. Plus, EWC is constantly selling to you. "Buy a wax pass" or "try this product." I can't tell you how many worthless unused EWC products I have sitting under my sink that aren't effective, or how many times I wish I had never purchased a wax pass... so I wouldn't be locked in to coming back here when it just keeps getting worse. I don't recommend EWC. Here, or at any other location (by the way, there is no manager here, and they canceled an appt once bc the opener missed her alarm clock, and both of my waxers left bc this whole location is a hot mess)! It's time for me to move onto better, more clientele-focused businesses... even if it leaves my money on the table with the wax pass I was stupid enough to purchase. Like, I would literally rather lose my money than come back here. I hope someone reads this and it helps them pick a better option!

This is truly the best formula I've ever used. I've done it all: at-home products like St. Tropez, Loving Tan and B.Tan, and every spray option at places like Palm Beach Tan, but nothing has ever given me that deep, natural, authentic-looking tan the way Sugared + Bronzed does. Beyond the quality of the tan itself, the experience is always great. The staff is consistently super kind and welcoming. They can be a little chatty at times, but honestly I think it's just their way of making an otherwise slightly awkward situation feel comfortable since you're usually in a vulnerable setting/half naked during a spray tan. I was fortunate to get an appt with Iris the same morning and booked the Brow Lamination Combo (includes mapping, lamination, shaping and tint) for the intro rate of $115. From the time I walked in, to the time I walked out, Iris was super friendly, welcoming and walked me through the process which I really appreciated and provided an after care kit. I've officially past the 24-48 hr mark since I had them done ..and I can finally get my brows wet which has been challenging lol. I will definitely be back after 7 weeks to maintain them :)
