Dude in the ponytail with glasses had such an arrogant attitude. He gives you dirty looks and is annoyed by anything you ask. The place was empty and you can't even ask a simple questions without feeling like you are bothering them. Such a shame because I have spent some good money here. Prices were a bit high in my opinion. Staff were neither friendly or rude. Overall, I thought they had a good overall selection. Worst part being in the store was no cell signal, so really couldn't use any online tools. So for me, they were OK. read more

This was the second worst comic book shop that I've ever been in. The little guy with the ponytail behind the counter had an arrogant "I'm in charge today" attitude and was useless when it came to answering questions about items. He kept referring me to the shop owner for answers but the shop owner wasn't even there that day. They should keep him in the back sorting comics and hire someone knowledgeable that has a personality to actually deal with customers. The shop seemed to have a large selection of comics but the "why are you here" feeling that the employee working that day gave me was enough to keep me from giving the shop my business. Seemed like he didn't care if I bought anything anyway. The comics were overpriced for the grade of comic that they were selling. I'm not about to pay high grade prices for mid and low grade comics. So if you like overpaying for things, being talked down to by an overbearing incompetent employee, and being treated like a nuisance as a paying customer then this shop is right up your alley. As for me I'll be avoiding this shop in the future and take my business to a shop where it's appreciated. read more

A great selection of comics, but not very inviting to me. The owner (or at least the person working the store today) was not friendly. There is a wall of great comics behind the counter/register, but the prices and condition were hard to see for me (even with my glasses on). I asked if I could get a closer look and was told "NO ONE comes behind the COUNTER!". He did let me know that he would check on any book for me, but I was easily interested in 30 plus books. I understand this policy and do not have an issue with it, but it was not delivered in a very Customer Forward way. I would have easily spent 5 times what I did if not for the attitude. read more

While they do have a great selection... I really think they need to treat customers differently. I was very excited to find a shop while on vacation and the second I came in I wasn't greeted until I said something after an awkward silence. Comic shops, to me, are for readers to discuss and feel comfortable around other nerds. But damn these guys were so rude, and seemed to not give a damn if I was there or not. I didn't really want to buy anything but did so because I wanted my comic fix. I would've had a way better experience if they were friendly. read more

Such a great little store! The staff was amazing when it came down to helping me pinpoint the absolute perfect comic for a gift. Because of them I fell in love with this place! I have always been a reader, but now I see myself as a collector. It's such a fun hobby for our family! We have gone back twice now to add to our growing collection!
