Actually the staff is trained to watch the customers to see if there needs are being met and to assist in any way, including holding younger children, helping dress children, etc. This is a boutique experience where the staff are willing to assist as a personal shopper experience. Staff is being attentive to their customer's needs, not watching to see if they are stealing! The outlet stores carry the exact same clothing as the retail stores,, only a few weeks later, but you get 25% off on the brand new lines.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but I feel like others should know about our experience…read more From the moment we walked in, the girls working were disrespectful and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. They seemed like they didn't want to be there and tried to avoid assisting. When we asked for different sizes or items that needed to be taken down, they acted irritated that we even asked. When we returned to pick up our order, I understand they were busy, but customer service still matters. One employee tossed our items into the bag and simply said, "There you go." The most disappointing part was the quality of the custom work. I had monogrammed dresses made for my two toddler daughters. One dress was correct, but the other had the monogram placed on the BACK of the dress instead of the front. My sister's shirt was also off-center. When I spoke with the manager, I was told that "the dresses looked the same from the front and back" and that the employees were under pressure and rushing because they were busy. She also mentioned that they were "young." While I understand that mistakes happen and busy days can be stressful, those explanations don't excuse poor customer service or a lack of quality control. Taking a few extra seconds to verify the placement before putting on the vinyl could have prevented these mistakes. Overall, we were very disappointed because 1) we are on vacation and didn't want to have to go back to get things fixed and 2) because of how the errors were handled. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in both customer service and attention to detail.
