It was a Saturday evening and we put our name on the wait list at 545p and finally got a lane at 8p. SO I recommend reserving in advance if you can. The first thing I noticed was the very visible Rock Hill PD Cruisers out front. There were three of them and there was an uniformed officer stationed at the front door. Yes, you and your family will feel safe here. It's got a massive Arcade, think Dave & Busters level with electronic games for kids & adults of all ages. The big balloon claw pick up was very popular. They do the 'card swipe' so you can purchase and reload with value and when you 'win' the ticket value is credited back to the card or they have a prize exchange area. A huge bar with wide screen TV's very prominent in the center of the facility and just adjacent to the kitchen where you an order Pizza, Wings, Tenders and fries and yes they serve beer. If you like the idea of throwing an axe, they got you. I also liked the retro Pac-Man and Galaga game that are 'huge'! There are 14 bowling lanes and each has a huge HDTV over it and there is another one over the end of each lane. We watched the Commanders take down the Lions in an epic NFC division play-off game. It's computerized and automated so you have a touch screen at your lane table where you start your round and order your food. A very prominent video screen above so you can track your score. What's very different is the use of Robots to deliver the food.They also have attendants to bring the beverages, napkins, straws and check on you from time to time. Roaming CSR's available to answer questions and solve problems. We had pizza, chicken tenders and fries and I was surprised at how good the meat lover pizza was. I also like that they have the weight of each ball prominently stenciled on each ball and there are lots of choices. We all commented on how quickly the ball gets returned and the pins are re-set. It really helps to keep the pace of your round. In the winter time, this is a great place to gather with family and friends for a good time out of the weather.

The beautiful art continued to impress us and it was decorated beautifully. What was disappointing is we weren't greeted upon walking in, we weren't even acknowledged when we went to the counter by the barista. She seemed annoyed we were there, interrupting her convo with her friends at the bar area. I asked what her favorite drink was from the menu and she sort of just looked at me like I was crazy and answered me like I was boring her. I ordered a chai latte since she said it was her fave, I got it iced. It was good. My mom got an iced London fog, it just tasted like milk with ice. So she added honey and cinnamon and it did help it out a bit. Overall, the place itself was pretty and interesting, I'm hoping maybe it was just an off day for the barista working yesterday, and we hope other customers are treated in a nicer way in the future. The room we did was Blackbeard's Cabin. It was difficult enough and challenging. Granted I was with…read morea group of 10 year olds. As far as the room goes, I'd give it a 3.5. It was challenging but it is just the one room. You don't escape into another room like I've done in previous escape rooms. Now let's talk customer service. We came in with a 10year old soccer team for a team building event. When I booked they were very nice and knew we would be coming in. Yes they were excited and loud. However, the staff member could have been nicer about it. Especially towards the children. The staff member checking us in was condescending but pretending to be nice. I could tell they were annoyed with us. Another staff member yelled at one of the parents for taking a pic of their time before they left the room after the game was over. As I was leaving I was looking for my kid, she said I'm here mom to let me know where she was. I told her to not be so loud. Then the staff member said in a condescending way "You know you're inside right?" Other than the interaction with those two staff members the kids had fun. I doubt any of the families will return though due to customer service.
