The perfect brunch spot! Escape 360 is like a fairyland, with its ambiance and decor. The service at this particular location was awesome. The staff was great at communicating the process, layout, and menu options. I got the Avocado Toast with scrambled eggs and it was so filling and the eggs were so fluffy (I only ate half). My drink was the Pistachio Latte and it did not disappoint. The menu was a bit pricy but I do think you pay for the experience. This location also had two party rooms upstairs for person hangouts that you can book. The overall look of the hangout spots looked so cool and is something I would consider if planning a girls day out or birthday brunch! read more

The service for our entire visit was outstanding and a highlight of the experience. We ordered an Affogato and the Fluffy Mango Pancakes. Escape 360 opened up in Carrollton recently and I'm glad there's one closer now so I get to try it. Their OG location is the one in McKinney. I visited with a group of 7 people, which I do not recommend. The seating inside is more like a coffee shop with small low tables. They put together two coffee tables to seat us and the table was too small to hold all of our dishes. I would recommend going here if you're a group of 2-3 people but not any more than 3. The ordering system is nice as you order using the barcode on the table. It makes it easier to split bills since each person can place their own order and pay on their phone using the QR code. As for the food, I got to try a little bit of everything as my friends and I ordered a variety of things. I thought the pastas were okay, I wish the pesto pasta had more pesto in it. I enjoyed the soufflé pancakes, at first I was scared they would be super eggy like other soufflé pancakes I've tried elsewhere but they were good. I would come back for their pancakes but not sure about any of the other dishes. This place is a bit pricey with a limited menu. read more

A friend and I came her to grab a small bite, a drink, and catch up! We had to wait to be seated and they were particularly busy, even during a weekday in the early afternoon. It was not long before we were seated, though! They have QR code menus and you're encouraged to order through their online system. Servers will then bring your food and drinks to your table. In our opinion, this helped speed service along! There is also a floating waitress who was incredibly on top of water refills, we were drinking quite a few and were never waiting for her to come back around. It's obviously stunning inside and a beautiful place to sit and chat for awhile. My food was phenomenal and absolutely beautiful presentation! The two downsides are the price point, my avocado egg toast was $18 and matcha was $10. This is a little steep, but after seeing the presentation, I do understand! This time I tried the ube milk with oat milk, and it was so good! Creamy, refreshing, and that gorgeous purple color made it almost too pretty to drink. We also had the curry chicken with rice and roti, which was flavorful and comforting. The roti was perfect for dipping into the curry! For dessert, we had the Basque cheesecake, which was rich, creamy, and paired perfectly with the ube sauce. We also tried both the spearmint tea and black tea, which were such a nice, calming addition to the meal. I stopped in with a friend Friday afternoon and there was like a 5-7 minute wait. Once settled I ordered the ube pancakes and my friend got the matcha, her favorite. The pancakes were tall and fluffy and not super eggy. The topping was just sweet enough. Even as a diabetic, it didn't shoot my blood sugar up high. The place was really cute. Crème brûlée soufflé- delicious, there is no other word for it. Fluff, not too sweet, with good amount of sauce and fruits. No complaints just praise. Cappuccino- clean frothy top with espresso shot. Not too elaborate, I keep it simple across the board so i can judge everyone somewhat equally. Good cappuccino, fruity notes on espresso with touch of vanilla. Upside Down Creme Brulee Latte (Iced)- this was a masterpiece, i don't like iced or sweet coffee drinks but this one is absolutely delicious. We ordered it with 50% less sweet and i think that it was the best decision. Overall would come back for sure! P.S. So I went here with my friend to check out since this is a new location. I have been to the one at McKinney. I had so much expectationsss but the experience was just okay. I expected at least someone to come and ask if we needed water, or guide us where the water was - we found out it was available at the far end of the cafe in a water dispenser. I just had a chance to visit this location, and I must say that it is beautifully decorated! When I first entered, I was immediately greeted and offered a seat. Unfortunately, I only stopped by to pick up a tin of matcha. However, the awesome young lady (I wish I had gotten her name) was kind enough to give me a tour of the location. This location is larger than the one in McKinney. One of my favorite features is the upstairs lounge area in the back of the cafe. The host told me that it could be rented out for special events. I also liked the upstairs seating area that is open to everyone. There are large windows in the dining area that allow lots of natural light in, giving the cafe a nice view of the outside patio. It seems like the outside patio is incomplete at the moment, as there were no chairs or tables. I forgot to ask when it would be completed. Nevertheless, the interior has ample seating to accommodate most groups until the outside patio is opened. Overall, I had a great visit and got to take home some great matcha. Staff and service as great, per usual. I expected a long wait because it was packed when I arrived but I was seated right away. This cafe restaurant is great for small or large groups but more comparable for smaller groups. Great place for Thai food or just desserts and drinks. I love those drinks and their soufflés. They have always been known for their aesthetic interior decorations and this new location kept up with that image. I tried the Thai Siam mango soufflé. They also serve lunch items and many drinks. It comes with 3 fluffy soufflé pancakes with a mango sauce, coconut flavored sticky rice and ice cream, assorted fruit, and some condensed milk like cream to pour on. They forgot the condensed milk for me but it was fine. The pancakes were really soft and bouncy, but what really caught my attention was how good the sticky rice and ice cream were. They paired very well with the pancakes and fruit. My friend and I also liked that the menu is available through a QR code and that you can place your order and pay directly from your phone. It made things much easier, especially since we paid separately. One thing I noticed is that the information online seems inconsistent. The Apple Maps listing and the restaurant's hours were different from what appeared on Google. I called before going because it was a little confusing. The address also directed us to a different location, although it wasn't very far from the actual restaurant. These are just small details that I think could be updated. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. I waited for 30 minutes to sit on the 2nd floor. You go up a small flight of steps and spotted. They are about 5 tables. You scan to order and pay right away. My server helped guide me to choose the Ube coconut soufflé and yuzu lemon soda. Omg goodness the presentation was pretty and the soufflr was soft and flavorful with Ube cream. Had such a great experience today at the new 360 Escape Cafe in Carrollton TX! My friend and I got there right when they opened for brunch, so we were seated right away and had a chance to really enjoy the space. The vibe is amazing: beautiful decor, fun atmosphere, and everything that came out of the kitchen was absolutely Instagram-worthy. We both ordered the Malay Curry with Coconut Rice and Roti- I ordered the chicken while she had the shrimp - YUM! Both dishes were packed with flavor. The curry was rich and comforting and had the right amount of spiciness, and the coconut rice, roti bread, and sunny-side-up egg made it such a unique and delicious dish. (Tip: dip the roti in the curry)! For lattes, I tried the Mango Coconut Latte and my friend had the Pandan Latte (which menu says was the barista's recommendation). Both were fantastic and refreshing! And then there was dessert... the Ube Coconut Soufflé ... WOW. It did not disappoint! Light, fluffy, and full of ube and coconut flavor. Spinach Egg with Roti, Garden Omelette, Avocado Salmon toast, and Avocado toast with scrambled eggs. Pistachio latte, ceremonial matcha. Where this place could improve is communication. When you walk in, its made to feel like a full-service restaurant. However, it's really more like fast casual. There is a hostess up front, but they ask you to enter your details into a tablet for the waitlist. You're taken to your table by a waiter, but not told that you have to use the QR code to view the menu but importantly that's how you place your order. There is no options in the ordering system to see prices for order modifications, like if you want an extra egg. They do have a text field for special instructions, but you won't see the charges. You also can't order water on the ordering system, and you have to flag down a waiter to ask for water. The waiter will tell you they have a water station where you should get and refill your water. None of this is a deal breaker when it comes to service. It would be a fine service experience if we knew upfront to expect to self-serve. read more

We visited Escape 360 for brunch on the 4th of July with our kids, and the experience was disappointing and ultimately a waste of time. Knowing they get busy and don't take reservations, I called ahead while on the way to ask if we could be added to the waitlist. I explained we had young kids and were trying to minimize ambiguity. They refused. I understand avoiding reservations due to no-shows, but not offering any form of remote waitlist--especially when customers are already en route--shows a lack of consideration for the customer's time. We arrived and were quoted a 1-hour wait. After waiting, we received a message that our table was ready. When we checked in, the host confirmed the table--only for the owner to step in and refuse to seat us there, citing concern that our kids might damage something fragile in that area. We were then told to wait another 15-20 minutes. At that point, we left. Neither their food (which was never anything to write home about) nor their ambiance is worth such disrespect of our time. If you're running a hospitality-driven, experience-focused business, this is not how you treat customers--especially after they've already waited. The decision came directly from the owner, which makes it more concerning. If certain seating areas aren't suitable for families, that should be managed upfront--not after guests have already waited an hour. Alternatively, design your space to accommodate the reality that families are part of your customer base. We ended up going elsewhere nearby--better service, better food, and none of the pretentious nonsense. read more

Instead it's far more akin a sit down food restaurant that happens to have an elaborate coffee menu. There is a kiosk to order to go if you don't want to have a restaurant experience, so that's what I did. Unfortunately, the drinks took at least 15 minutes to come out while I awkwardly waited in the front foyer. And the value? Sadly not worth it. Very small sized drinks for $10 a piece. I got an iced ube latte and while it looked cute, and the sauce and cold foam were nice, the shots themselves were far too bright. $10 for a small specialty coffee drink absolutely needs to have properly dialed and timed espresso, not just rely on the sauces to carry it. read more

They told us 45 minute wait and we decided we'd walk around and wait. 30 minutes go by and we told them we never got a link to see the list so we checked at the desk and again, they told us another 45 minutes.
