The assignment was to tear down a dilapidated 10' x 10' deck and construct a new one that spans from one corner of the house to the opposite corner. I envisioned a screened section, an open section with a roof, and a small, open area for grilling. Additionally, I wanted a set of double windows removed and replaced with a sliding glass door, as well as the replacement of an old backdoor and storm door. Throughout the entire process, the ERS team proved to be an exceptional team to work with. Dylan and Coz diligently helped bring my ideas to life and designed the deck of my dreams. Lyle and the crew at ERS did such a good job helping to remedy our water issue. They examined the house and yard and determined that new, larger gutters would mitigate the issue. Their quote was very reasonable and they suggested doing just what was required whereas other companies wanted to replace all the gutters (which was far more expensive). My roof started leaking so badly that it was raining in the attic, after just 12-15 years (before I bought the house, estimate from a roofer and a neighbor). I decided it was worth it to pay for quality and a roof that would last. ERS Construction installed a new, metal, standing-seam roof in slate gray. They were wonderful - professional, communicative, prompt. The workers started early and worked hard until dark. When they finished each day, they cleaned up the yard and put everything away. The roof is beautiful. The roof has several angles and ridges, and each looks perfect. I expect that this roof will last longer than I do. Metal is more expensive, but this roof should last at least 3X longer than the last one. I see other reviews mentioned names, so I will too. Kaz provided the estimates, answered all my questions, returned all my calls and texts promptly, and was just really nice to work with. Lyle oversaw everything on site and was great checking in to make sure I was happy every step of the way. Emilio and his crew did such a great job. I wish I could attach a picture to show how well this job turned out. Thank you! One disclaimer. After the roof was finished I was a bit surprised to hear someone walking up on the roof on a Saturday morning. I thought maybe they had come back to check something. It was just a squirrel. When we first inquired about a new roof, Dylan came out, assessed our situation, and quickly sent me multiple quotes depending on whether we wanted to go with a partial or full replacement. He was patient with us while we had some unexpected home problems, never rushing or pressuring us for decisions. When we finally committed to the full roof repair, the scheduling was quick and the repair was completed in under 2 full days. I only removed one star due to a breakdown in communication during the actual week of repairs regarding material drop off, scheduling, etc. Overall, I would gladly recommend ERS and appreciate the quality of their work as well as their referral for additionally needed contractors. read more

ERS did a very good job with sealing a PVC pipe vent in our roof. The leak was around the vent pipe. They worked quickly and cleanup was good. They also sealed a 2nd vent to prevent any future leaks. I needed to replace/update my deck so I had ERS come by for a quote. Dylan was very nice, went over everything with me and was very professional. I decided to go ahead with the job. Charles came out to go over the details of the job with me and answered all of my questions. Again, very professional. He said they were about 3 weeks out to schedule, which was fine. A few days later he called to see if they could come the next day as they finished up another job before schedule. I said sure! I forget the builder's name but he too was very nice and professional. They were supposed to tear down the old deck one day and return to build back the next. To my surprise the new deck was mostly complete when I got home that afternoon! He came back the next day to finish up and haul off the old deck materials. My expectations were exceed with details I wasn't expecting such as the picture-frame layout on the deck. Clean up was equally exceptional. Over all this was a very smooth and pleasant process with everyone from ERS. I would definitely recommend their services. read more

I had Dylan come to inspect my roof and provide a quote. He was very professional and pleasant to speak with. The quote was detailed and the price was competitive. Dylan did not push for me to accept the offer after providing me the quote (after about 20-30 minutes on the roof and in his truck, we continued meeting in the house). I cannot attest to the work itself because I decided not to hire the team eventually. This is only because I had a bigger job that I decided to combine with the roof and it made more sense to me. After about a week of Dylan's visit I received a follow up email and I responded that I will not continue with them (with explanation). I received a polite reply with a wishing me good luck in the project. Again, not trying to push me to reconsider. For all this I am giving 5 stars. read more

Contacted ERS Roofing and the same day Dylan responded to our inquiry and within a day came to our home to access and provide us a quote to replace our 20+ year old roof. Then Lyle (the owner) and Dylan both came back to review the quote with us and answer any questions. Their quote was very detailed, fair and reasonable. The day the materials were delivered, Joseph came to inspect to ensure everything was ready for the install. Lyle and Dylan were on site off and on during the roof installation and returned the next day to complete a final inspection to ensure the highest quality of work.
