Best Bros bid was very detailed so that I knew exactly what materials and how they would be applied. That made the HOA process less of a hassle. The only difference was that they told me they would spray the gutters because they said it would look better but the wind wasn't cooperating and they rolled them. Which didn't matter because the guy that rolled them was a professional a.k.a David. The owner is Monty and he is a combat vet that will answer his calls. He was very patient with our HOA. The foreman Francisco was super attentive to detail and he made sure that everything was accounted for and clean. Very happy we hired them!

He was meticulous with everything from protecting things from overspray to caulking and taping leaving clean sharp lines between colors. He was very respectful of me and my things and happy to have me check his work. Any detail that was less than perfect he corrected immediately. Also Ulysses worked near as hard as David and was a master with blue tape. In all I would (and already have) highly recommend this company.
