Our waiter provided excellent service and was attentive throughout the meal. The kid's meals were delicious, and the burgers were outstanding--definitely the highlight of our visit. The wraps and sandwiches, however, could use some improvement. The Buffalo Chicken Wrap wasn't nearly as spicy as expected and tasted pretty mild. The Chicken Bacon Ranch was on the dry side and came with a thick slice of American cheese, which didn't seem like the best choice. I think it would be much better with shredded cheese and a side of ranch to add some moisture and flavor. Overall, we'd come back for the great service, burgers, and lively atmosphere, but we'd probably skip the wraps and sandwiches next time.

Plus the "plates" we got were tiny styrofoam and only worked okay because the pizza slices were so small. On the bright side however, the prices were not that high at least averaging around $10-12 per person and soda at $3

We came here for my friend's 30th birthday. It was a large group of us. The hostess didn't assume we were coming given that some of my friends had been calling the restaurant asking about pizza. I think from that point on they knew what they were in for. We all settled in and got ready to order drinks. Before we could our wonderful waitress (whose name escapes me now) told us about their large walk in wine selection. I would say about half the table quickly walked into this amazing wine storage unit. It was floor to ceiling of just amazing wine. They were gracious enough to let us try some of the wine. Drinks and wine ordered we all looked over the food choices. I decided on the red snapper because that is one of my favorite seafood dishes, and I really don't like seafood so that is saying a lot. We also ordered some french fries. Do yourself a favor and order the french fries. They were the closest to perfection a french fry has ever come for me. After our appetizer the main course came. This is where the meal could have gone off course. The snapper came out and it was TERRIBLE. Like some of the worst fish I have ever had. I asked my husband to try it because maybe I was crazy and snapper just wasn't what I remembered it being. He took one bite and almost spit it out. Now you are probably wondering why I gave this place 5 stars if the food was bad. Well the waitstaff came to the rescue. My husband quickly flagged down our waitress and told her about how bad the dish was. She apologized and everything was very civil. To make up for it we ordered the Pork Porterhouse, an absolute MUST. The Pork Porterhouse was like piggy nirvana. I've never had something quite like that before, so I don't have the words to describe it. It was pure bliss. Almost everyone else at the table had also ordered it and you could hear the almost orgasmic moans as they ate. As the night went out and the cocktails/wine/beer kept flowing our group devolved into a rowdy fun mess. Throughout it all the hostess and our waitress kept a big smile on their faces and laughed along with us. My friend even got to show them his dollar trick (which involves throwing a dollar into the ceiling) and they laughed at it (instead of being mad like I thought they would). This is a place that recognizes how to have fun, how to serve people, and knows when they made a mistake. Happily looking forward to my next trip. 49/50

Karen Sposato, owner, and Eduardo Nogal, Director of Operations were both in attendance. Neither the food nor the wine disappointed! Chef Justin made an insanely delicious five course meal that hit every taste bud in all the right ways and the wine paired so perfectly with each course. I would say that the scallops were probably the best I've ever tasted and the short rib skewers were incredible, melt in your mouth. Lastly the dessert which the chef called milk cake was like a cross between Tres Leches and tiramisu. The cake layers soaked up the milky caramel sauce and it was sublime. As for the wines, the Chardonnay was my favorite of the whites, light on the palette and a bit of citrus and just a hint of oak. The Cabernet Franc was a knock it out of the park red. It had fruity flavors to begin and then turned dark and spicy with rich peppery flavors. We can't wait for the next wine dinner with the crew at Cru! Also, can't wait for our wine to be delivered!
