Great presentation of options and materials, prompt replies to post-estimate questions. Best price on the new roof. Thorough communication. He was on-site for most of the 2-day process. Excellent follow-up. When I struggled just getting so-called top-rated roofing companies to show for an estimate, I really appreciated David's service, concise selling (no BS), no gimmicks like "call these satisfied customers for $100 off". His crew was great and respectful too. Had a roofing friend check the roof a couple weeks after and he said it was all first-class work and materials.

I felt he was very sincere when he told me what needs to be repaired and what can wait. Also, I asked him to look at some additional issues that was not found before the quotation. Mario was nice to help and fix the issue without extra charges. Working with Tetralto was easy and the quality of work is very good and they took the time to make sure all details are correct. Monolite was fantastic to work with - truly a house saver. We originally bought our house knowing…read morewe needed some repairs on the stucco, and Monolite responded quickly with a competitive bid, and the quickest time table to complete the work. When we first got our report from our inspector when we bought the house, we knew of a couple different areas that needed work. Monolite fixed all the problems quickly, but they also went above and beyond to make sure every other area was inspected and fixed as well. Instead of just finding stucco problems above the garbage of our townhome, they found water damage on the second floor windows, on the third floor windows, and on our framing on the side of our house. Somehow, water just found its way everywhere, and without Monolite checking literally every surface of our house, we'd still have rotting frame and beams that we wouldn't have even known about. They saved us who knows how many countless of thousands of dollars in the long run. They took care of things without needing to or being asked! For example, we had replaced a sprinkler system controller on the wall outside with a new one. The old one had left drill holes in the stucco. Monolite found them and filled them, just to make sure everything on the house was protected. David, our project manager, was awesome. He was always keeping us in the loop, updating us with the progress, the problems they uncovered, and what our options were. He was always really flexible with our schedule. Juanita in the front office always responded to any questions we had quickly as well. Overall, we'd recommend Monolite to everybody (and we have), and are so appreciative of how quickly they responded, how closely they worked with us, how easy they were to work with, and how many thousands of dollars they saved us!
