I didn't care for the anchovies tapas, but then again, I don't really care for anchovies. The Dominican bartender was nice and smart enough to recognize by displeasure and substituted the fish for some aged Parmesan with balsamic and honey. Yumbo.
Thanks to fellow Yelper Ben B.'s recommendation on the wok de jamon, that's what I got and it was delicious. Having been in Spain for only a week, my body was in desperate need of some vegetables, and I almost forgot what they tasted like.
I couldn't leave without dessert, opting for the chocolate lava cake with ice cream. Kind of hard to mess that up, but it was good.
If I had to do it over again, I probably would have ordered the octopus. It looked fresh and tasty, and after all, this place is a seafood restaurant, but I was digging the Japanese fusion menu. Clearly the chef here is at least partially inspired by Japanese cuisine, as noted not only by the menu, but some of the books on display.
Overall a very modern, bi-level restaurant with an extensive menu. Call ahead for reservations and be patient with the service. It's not the greatest.
