Altho the massages were decent and my therapist does have "good hands" & was very gentle, maybe a little too gentle, there were many cons that made my experience unenjoyable. Nobody speaks any English- everything I said or asked, my therapist didn't understand, she just smiles & says "ok" and during the 2 hours in the room, she went in & out a lot. Not to mention, she shorted me about 10 mins- apparently, the time starts after you pay, not when the massage starts & they don't use a timer. Prices are on the higher side & there's a $3 fee if you're paying with a credit card. What's really annoying was the receptionist lady kept talking loudly on the phone nonstop, like can I relax & enjoy my massage in peace?! Def not coming back again :x

I was finally able to relax during the end (where she was only doing my arms and back).... It was $77.50 (including tax) which I paid at the beginning of the service. I was kinda skeptical because I've never paid upfront for a massage before but whatever... anyways, at the end, another women comes to bring me to the front room. She asks if I wanna leave a tip and I said... sure. I wrote $3 because I was genuinely in pain most of the service. She literally looked at me and goes "it's $10 MINIMUM for a hour" .. excuse me? When is a tip EVER mandatory? & after I write the $3, she grabbed the receipt for me and wouldn't even let me finish writing my total. I asked for it back because I didn't feel comfortable with how she treated me at that moment. I will not be returning. The entitlement is absolutely insane and unprofessional. Plus, the whole place reeks of FEET. I should've left after I noticed but always try to give a chance. Never again.

There were a couple of times I could tell she got up on the table (kneeling?), for leverage. I received a full body massage, but the majority of the time was spent on my poor back (thankfully, bc I needed it). There were even hot stones towards the end and then a moist hot towel to get some of the oil off. Highly recommend; I'll definitely return.

And if you can't take that much pressure they can do a nice gentle massage as well. I've come here so many times for years and always forget to have them punch my card for the eventual free/discount massage, but doesn't matter...they gave me a gift certificate for a free one for Christmas. They are very sweet ladies and always try to load me up with candy and water as I'm leaving (the candy for my kids). They take walk-ins, which I love as I have a crazy schedule with my kids and work and never know when I'll have time. And they're open until 10pm which is also amazing. I love getting a massage here. I've had massages at many different places: red door (before they closed at which I've had best and worst), a chiropractor masseur, massage envy (only dug into my shoulder blades lots of pain there). I prefer a little more pressure myself, but I don't like to be in pain. I like the tension release I get here.
