You can grab 2 yoga mats to make it more cushioned. The class itself was ok, I'm new to yoga so some of the exercises were hard esp holding the position with your abs. For Yoga: don't need to bring anything . They provide yoga mats What kept bothering me was the amount of ants on the ground near where I was. It was super bothersome. I couldn't even concentrate on the class. Even though I killed some ants, there were still more crawling on my mat and around my area. I told the instructor who said she'll let the owner know. I hope the owner cleans the studio. Parking is around the building and free parking. The location of the entrance of the building is on the street side so you'll have to walk to the street side to enter the place.

They can give you as much or as little instruction depending on what you like. I personally tell them to correct me as much as possible. I've been going now for almost a year and I have to say I finally tried all of the classes. Hot 26x2 , 90 min or 60 min is wonderful, and several instructors teach it and its nice because they all have a different style. The Pilates is new to me, and more challenging than I thought. I last tired the HIIT class, and OMY, that was challenging both because of the actual exercises and the heat! Tip: If you need a locker or shower they have it. Parking is never an issue and the teachers are flexible if you need to leave a bit early. So great to live near this community and to be able to have a studio in it! I am loving it!

Workout in a sauna…read more.. Ive done Hot yoga and a few 90°+ degrees HIIT workouts. I thought this would be a good high impact amazing workout. All workouts are in individual/family size saunas. But it's all virtual. Meaning no personal feedback. Coaches dont even know your name and all positive shout outs are embarrassingly generic. At the end of the day, I didnt get a workout, I just got Hot. However, I will say, if they were to add a cold plunge, this would be an amazing recovery gym.

But after they get you in a contract, you learn that the app doesn't actually work with your Fitbit or Apple Watch. It doesn't actually keep track of all your calories burned. Also, because the saunas are so small, if you see that someone has booked the room, you don't want to be that second person who filled out that tiny space with someone you don't know. And you'd never book as the third. This means that you can't actually get the work out you want cause it's booked by that one person a lot. I give it a two stars cause they do try but their tech is broken and the concept doesn't fully work. We canceled our contract early and we regret ever signing up.
