We placed several emergency calls to him, with NO RESPONSE. So, we let that go, took my mom to a hospital that had psychiatric care and were well taken care of. Upon my mom's return we returned to Dr. Guirguis' care only to be met by unanswered calls, a rude receptionist, Vicki, who does not return calls, and an inability to get much needed information. My brother tried for 2 weeks to get in touch with someone in the office to no avail!! I was initially apprehensive about seeing a male therapist as I worried that I'd be embarrassed to open up to him or that he wouldn't understand me. I was wrong. He's friendly, kind, welcoming, a great listener, I don't know how he does it but he remembers pretty much everything, he's funny and you feel like he genuinely cares about what you have to say while helping you realize the reasons why you feel and act the way you do.
