The staff are all very friendly and accommodating, and they go out of their way to make sure their clients feel pampered. Once seated in the chair, I was brought a menu for a complimentary beverage. The frozen margarita is yummy! There is no picking a color from the bottles on the wall here, they bring a nice book over to choose colors from. The supplies for the pedicure were brought out on a pretty gold tray with flowers and a candle. The entire experience was elevated and enjoyable, and my tech, Andy did a great job. First of all, the positives: - The staff at the front was…read morevery friendly - It's easy to get an appointment - The complimentary Malibu Barbie drink was very tasty - The shop is very clean The negatives: - The reason it's easy to get an appointment (at least on Sunday when we went) is because they only take walk-ins on Sundays - The old fashioned was very over poured - The system for marking what you want is so bad that the staff doesn't even want to use it so they just have you put in the first item and then they edit the ticket on the back end - I got a detox pedicure (Or at least that's what I wanted and asked for) and my wife got a gloss signature pedicure with gel and a French tip manicure with gel - Both of us got manhandled pretty significantly during our pedicures - The product wasn't adequately rinsed off - They cut my wife's cuticles and left her fingers bloody - There's barely any tip to the French tip - Nails were left at uneven lengths - The polish application wasn't even or neat - At checkout, the customer facing screen has the resolution so far off that you can't see what is being itemized - My wife asked for a gel manicure with an overlay. They had no idea how to do that. They asked if she wanted acrylics or gel. This is a service other places offer and they should know what this is - The polish is already chipping within a matter of hours - The guy who did my wife's nails seemed put out and gave a sigh of annoyance because she wanted her French tips to match her toes instead of just plain white tips.

I came in to get a soak off and a full gel x set because…read morethe day before I got an acrylic set at another salon and the application was all wrong (acrylic on my cuticles/scraped with the drill a few times). I told this lady about what happened the day before as we analyzed my nails and told her to be careful around my cuticles/skin bc I was scraped a few times. She agreed to be careful and that she would fix my nails so I felt good about it. Fast forward to the soak off and the first immediate red flag was that she kept trying to find a way to pop off my nails. (Mind you I got them done the DAY BEFORE so they weren't even worn down to where that could've worked.) I told her I did not want her to pop them off and that they could just soak. She refused to just let my hands soak for the proper amount of time and kept taking them out every 3 mins to drill. Fine no problem I know this is how some salons do it for time sake. Then she hit my skin with the drill and I was actively bleeding. Like not a small break in the skin it was a whole scratch with blood. Instead of treating where she cut me, she continued to try to put my nail back in the acetone. I told her multiple times that it was burning. I had to ASK her to put something on it to stop the bleeding. After that I told her I no longer wanted the full set, I just wanted to finish the soak off because at this point, my nails need to heal before I do anything else. She then CONTINUES TO TRY TO POP THE TIP OFF THE NAIL THAT IS ALREADY BLEEDING. I asked her is there a particular reason she couldn't just drill the remaining acrylic off? And she said "I'm popping it off bc the acrylic is thick"... so she tries again and I literally feel my natural nail split from her trying to wedge the other tip between my nail and the acrylic. It hurt so bad I pulled my hand back as a reflex. At that point it just told her nevermind and left. Worst experience ever. If I could give 0 stars i would. Left a photo of my nails when I left.

He took his time and did quality work which is rare nowadays. My cuticles look great and my shape is exactly what I wanted. This is dip on top of my real nails. I am very picky so it is rare that I don't have any complaints. I will be back.

Polish was outside of my nail beds and this was gel so it's hard to remove once it's set. My toe nails were cut crooked. Overall one of the worst pedicures I have had in a long time. Needless to say I may try some of the top rated nail techs that work there but this will not be my back up spot if my regular tech is out of town.

My nail tech was very careful with my feet and took her time to get my nails and cuticles trimmed well, and calluses removed. She gave me a relaxing leg massage and then applied polish with care. I had not gone for a pedi in months because the last two times at other salons the techs cut my cuticles and drew blood. Also the polish is usually so poorly applied that I'm better off doing it myself. I'm always a little wary as those experiences are frustrating and pedis are not cheap. But today I was very happy to have had a calm and relaxing experience! My polish looks good and I am very satisfied! Great experience and I am so glad I went to Blossom Nail Spa!
