She gave me a moment to get settled before starting, which I appreciated. The wax itself felt a bit rough, but nothing out of the ordinary. I was on the phone with a friend to distract myself, and I began to notice she kept going over the same areas repeatedly, almost as if the wax wasn't grabbing the hair. When she finished, she let me check the results--and that's when I noticed that about 75% of the hair was still there, just broken off the way it looks when you shave. I tried to discuss it with her, and she attempted to go over the area again, but the wax still wasn't picking anything up. I was disappointed and asked for a reasonable solution, especially since I now have to wait for the hair to grow back to at least 1/2 inch before anyone can fix it. She told me she couldn't offer a discount and that I was still responsible for the full balance. When I asked to speak with the manager, she told me she was the manager and that the head manager wouldn't return until Wednesday. When I asked for their contact information, she refused. After pushing the issue and explaining my concerns, I was eventually offered a free service. Overall, the service was poorly done, and as a loyal customer for years, I'm extremely disappointed. My wax feels prickly--like porcupine quills--and that's absolutely not the result I expect from this place. So disappointed.

I remember the lady wasn't thrilled that i chose the 30 minute full body massage because "it wouldn't be a lot of time to get to every part of the body". Which i told her that was fine and to just focus on a few main parts... She didn't make the space feel super comfortable and was loudly breathing and I could hear all of her movements. Not a huge deal, we continued and i just tried to relax and enjoy the massage. Unfortunately, it was too intense for my liking, and i did try and signal that to her. Which i don't think was received... It almost felt like she was doing that because she was a little annoyed i didn't choose a longer timeframe for the massage. Ever since going my collarbone pops. I don't know why and it still does even almost two years since. Overall, the experience was mostly good! I enjoyed the welcoming lady at the front desk and the lady who did my facial. My brows and lashes are dark brown with a bit of gray. She said tint and shape, I said tint only. She said fee was $20. Got to appointment and again she said tint and shape and I again said tint only. She talks me into tinting eyelashes also. As she's tinting she doing some rubbing which ends up being shaving. She then does a bit of plucking which ends up being plucking the gray hairs I came to have tinted. She hands me a mirror and my brows are GONE! A fine line of brows left which are not even on both sides. So shocked I can't comment. She then charges me $100 which I pay like an idiot! Additionally I can't see any tint on my lashes.

Those are the two positives. I see others have given them 5 stars and hate to be the one to give lower. But I'd have to lie about our one time experience. I will never return because of these reasons: 1. Whatever kind of normal nail polish they use, it is either a poor quality brand that does not last 3 days on your nails....or they dilute the brand they use and it is very thin with no protective coat applied on top. 2. I left the salon not realizing that one of my legs was not rinsed off from the pedicure. The salt scrub had dried and I didn't feel it until I got in my car and sticky granules went everywhere. 3. My friend got a special "cat eye" metallic manicure with tips and told the technician not to cut her cuticles. I echoed to not cut them to him because he didn't seem to listen. He hurried through the manicure so fast and began to cut the cuticles regardless and made my friends finger bleed immediately and she stopped him. 4. The cost was outrageous for the poor quality of polish, lack of protective coating on the polish, a very low quality pedicure/massage, the drive-through service and ignoring instructions for my friend. Outrageously expensive as they nickel and dime you for every little detail.
