A young man named " Ernie " offered to help us, as the car was about a mile away, and we didn't have roadside service . So he followed us to our car, used his phneomatic tool to remove the lugs, took off the flat, and put on the spare. We then followed him back to the shop where we bought (4) used tires because none of the tires were good on our car. Ernie never complained ( it was quite cold outside ), he gave us such a great price and took care of this problem completely ! Please stop here if you need a used tire or (4) like we did... I took my car to Integrity after their phone quote was a bit lower than other garages in Beloit…read more The guys at Integrity--Lee, in particular--worked to find ways to lower the cost for me, including cleaning and fixing old parts rather than replacing them. The other shops wanted to get me for that part, and extra labor. I had a very tight time frame to get the repairs done, and Integrity told me they would meet my schedule. The problem ended up taking longer than expected, but I never felt like the shop was running me around. Integrity was very communicative with me, and even gave me a loaner car for the evening so I could buy groceries and supplies for my upcoming road trip. After the work was done, they double- and triple-checked my car with a road test, and actually made some adjustments after the test, without any extra fees. Then they tested the fix again. Lee made sure that I didn't leave his shop unsatisfied, and although I'm certain I was one of their less agreeable customers, I am enthused with their performance and service. I never felt like they were screwing me around, and their "multi-point inspection" came to my phone online, complete with pictures of my car for every problem they found. I would happily recommend Integrity to anyone in need of repairs in the area. P.S. Their waiting lounge is quite comfortable, and not depressing and old like most other shops.

I told him we just got alignment done and tires are above requirement. I asked to see policy. I went to the store and he said he determines if they work on it and he wont work on it. He tired to pull some over a female and got busted. Took the car to Farm and Fleet and was done in 30 minutes. DONT GO TO WALMART.

Though my 13 year old van has multiple marks on the rim, they blamed me for the blister. No scuff on tire but they claim I hit the curb.
