Upon delivery,01/05/2026, I discovered only one key fob was operational. The cost to replace and program the non-working fob was over $450 (receipts available). I reached out to the office manager/and owner to propose a fair resolution, offering to split the replacement cost 50/50. Unfortunately, the owner refused to contribute anything. While the car itself is fine, the lack of transparency regarding included accessories and the subsequent unwillingness to rectify the situation after the sale is disappointing. Potential buyers should be aware of this level of customer service.

I called on sept 26 and was told they were 2-3 months behind. they drove the car and verified I had a problem. I told them I would call them in a few months about getting it scheduled. the week after Thanksgiving I called and Mike the owner proceeded to yell and scream at me for calling him. he said he would follow up but never did. now it's mid January and I have not heard a word from him. as of today I am installing a new trans myself. this place does horrible work, not ethical, and will not stand behind their 2 yr 24k mile warranty. I wish I never would have walked in this shop, worst decision I ever made. save yourself the hassle and lies and go to a reputable trans shop as this place is a hell hole and the owner is a dickhead.
