July 13 with it still shaking and vibrating after they said that they test drove it and it was OK to pick up , unfortunately, that wasn't the truth The motor mounts was missing two of them and it was an obvious with the work they had just done with it being right above the transmission. I had to take my car way out to the other autoshop in Belvedere just to get that fixed. This place is a big joke from the management on now. I wouldn't. recommend this place to a dog !! They actually have a drop box, but since I got there right before they closed, they went ahead and put my van in the gated area for me. The next day was the repair. They diagnosed the issue quickly and still took the time to check everything else. Turned out it was a heater hose (which is pretty common in my vehicle). They had to order the part and do an oil change, but everything was done by 8 a.m. the next morning! I'm more than satisfied. Oh--and when you get your oil changed there, they give you 6 months of roadside assistance! How cool is that? The customer service is amazing--everyone's all smiles, and they don't rush you out the door. They're happy to chat or explain what's going on with your car. Amazing core values and great prices! . "I DON'T KNOW THAT'S NOT EVEN THIS DEPARTMENT" I just hung up at this point because that price is an absolute rip off and that woman's attitude confirmed the feeling I always had about this place. Bachrodt is the exception it is worth the drive I received excellent honest care for a transmission replacment, bearing work, brake job and aligment. I went to Bachrodt after my local GMC dealer was constantly rude and acting like they were doing me a favor. Then a Tuffy shop said I needed $900.00 worth of work that I didn't., which Bacrhrodt proved was not necessary../. Yes I am rating these guys high and continuing to drive there from Naperville...Plus they are courteous...

They said they will take a look at it and let me know what they can do once I got there gave them my car. I noticed all they do was hook up the OBD scanner and just cleared the error codes/check engine light and said that's all that they can do. They didn't bother actually fixing it or taking a look at it. They just cleared the codes after I left Martins Auto I went to my relied mechanic who was farther away, which he said the only thing that was wrong with my car was a downstream O2 sensor that needs to be replaced upon replacing the O2 sensor. My rough idle was gone no more issues and no check. Engine light has came back before this original incident. I had taken my car here for the elbow exhaust to be fixed. They told me it would be $90 to fix the elbow exhaust and replace it with a new pipe after a week or two of having the exhaust on my car started getting louder and louder because the weld of the elbow pipe wasn't so good after I told them that and took my car there again they said it will be another $90 to fix it so I paid for the second time then the third then the fourth and then I stopped going in general. This has to be at least one of the most untrustworthy mechanics possible.
