The temperatures for that week were not conducive with a battery freezing. After contacting the owner and requesting they try again with a better system they insisted that I "didn't know what I was talking about." Not only do I work on cars, I'm also an Engineer with battery design experience. The owner of this business is a fool. And after failing to do his job he refused to give a refund. For the sake of protecting other consumers I say this: please don't use this person's services. I received help from another road side service and that person got my car started in about 10 minutes after following my instructions.

The woman who serviced me appeared to be under the influence of something & seemed completely incompetent. The staff was sloppy & there was definitely nothing "quick" about the service, especially given that I was the only vehicle there at the time! The second time I waited 10 min at the desk before anyone bothered to wait on me, even though there were multiple workers doing nothing but stuff their faces with cheeseburgers. They clearly saw me, yet failed to acknowledge my presence! I'm beyond disgusted with these people & am even thinking of contacting the BBB after seeing how they allow employees to be under the influence on the job while working on their customers vehicles! Major liability. If I could give it negative points, believe me I would.
