I've been making them for 25 years and have never had an issue with heating chocolate melts like this, in a Pyrex dish on a double boiler on low. Well, this chocolate never got past the point of a peanut butter consistency. I let it cool and put it back in the bag to take back to this business. Annette herself came out and told me I did something to cause it to seize. I explained that I didn't, because I know how to melt chocolate as I've been doing it for 25 years. My mom for 35-40. We know how to work with chocolate. She wanted to demonstrate how to melt it for me (again, already know how, there is not time to stop and microwave small amounts of chocolate for 30 seconds and then stand there stirring it in a cup every few mins when you're mass producing homemade turtles. I acknowledged that she was able to melt it that way, but explained I was displeased with the product and wanted a refund. She smirked at me!! She stated she could never provide a refund as the health department wouldn't allow product to be returned to the store. Nobody said anything about returning it, throw it away!! I would hope to God she wouldn't resell it to someone! I'll throw it away, I'll whip it out into the field next to your business. I don't want it because it's not good product. I just asked for a refund so I could go buy some good chocolate to use. She is obviously not worried about making sure her customers are happy, because she wasn't worried about losing me as a customer. I will NEVER go back to this business. And I will let anyone who asks me to not use their business and why. Terrible customer service. Terrible first impression. This was my 1st and last time using them.

Alin made us a lovely and delicious tired cake! The top layer was lemon with raspberry filling. Second layer was vanilla cake with caramel filling. I love when we do things that are different and teach you a fun new skill. In years past I did the Michael's class for cake decorating through the Wilton program and absolutely loved it, so it was fun to get back into this skill set. The cupcakes were delicious and flavorful. The hubs loved the lemon ones we got, and I, of course, loved the chocolate ones :) The icing was pre-bagged in deco bags to help us have some fun, and we got some fun colors. I would like to see them offer some more classes in the future with to-go decorating bags, cause this was a fun adventure!!
