My husband didn't even want to have it cut bc it was so on point! I wanted to have a birthday cake made that was in the shape of my husband's favorite sneaker- yes he is a sneaker head! Desiree was responsive the entire time and helped give feedback. I had to change my pickup time two times and she was accommodating. The cake looked just like his shoe with every detail in it down to the texture of the soup of the shoe! He truly didn't want to cut it. The portion size was perfect. I picked chocolate with hazelnut bc he is a chocolate lover and it was yummy!! We were eating it for a few days and it stayed moist and fresh! All in all- it was a wonderful experience and my family friends that live in FL cannot wait to order when the next birthday comes around.

I discussed with Lucy and put my order in for my rather large one tier cake on a Monday, confirmed and paid for that night, and picked it up on a Thursday morning. I don't know many cake artists who would have put up with me! Let's talk flavor: I live in Miami and I was not able to come in to pick flavors so I read the reviews, and decided to go with the Vanilla Cake, Dulce de Leche, and butterscotch buttercream purely on a whim even though the Champaign Raspberry seemed to be the most popular review. I am pleased to report that it was AMAZING!! The buttercream was soooooooo smooth and the butterscotch wasn't over powering, just delicate enough to let the dulce shine and marry with the soft and delightful vanilla cake. It was truly delicious! Even the fondant was yummy and I NEVER eat the fondant. The design was perfect! She gave me some options and we tweaked them and she delivered!!!!! The party was a hit and so was the cake. My sister received many compliments on her Instagram about how "bomb" her cakes looked. It tasted bomb too. Lucy is SO sweet and such a pleasure to work with!! I would recommend her without reservation to anyone, and I am a VERY difficult person to please when it comes to food. I only accept top notch, and she really delivered. THANK YOU LUCY!!!!

I've been making them for 25 years and have never had an issue with heating chocolate melts like this, in a Pyrex dish on a double boiler on low. Well, this chocolate never got past the point of a peanut butter consistency. I let it cool and put it back in the bag to take back to this business. Annette herself came out and told me I did something to cause it to seize. I explained that I didn't, because I know how to melt chocolate as I've been doing it for 25 years. My mom for 35-40. We know how to work with chocolate. She wanted to demonstrate how to melt it for me (again, already know how, there is not time to stop and microwave small amounts of chocolate for 30 seconds and then stand there stirring it in a cup every few mins when you're mass producing homemade turtles. I acknowledged that she was able to melt it that way, but explained I was displeased with the product and wanted a refund. She smirked at me!! She stated she could never provide a refund as the health department wouldn't allow product to be returned to the store. Nobody said anything about returning it, throw it away!! I would hope to God she wouldn't resell it to someone! I'll throw it away, I'll whip it out into the field next to your business. I don't want it because it's not good product. I just asked for a refund so I could go buy some good chocolate to use. She is obviously not worried about making sure her customers are happy, because she wasn't worried about losing me as a customer. I will NEVER go back to this business. And I will let anyone who asks me to not use their business and why. Terrible customer service. Terrible first impression. This was my 1st and last time using them.

Glad to have something like this in the area especially one that delivers out to Lake Nona which is rare- so many of the places I'd love to order from don't come out this way or only do so via super pricy third party services.
