One of them aggressively attempted to extract my daughter's acne, leaving her with scarring. I deeply regret bringing her here and wasting that money. Please take your child to a licensed dermatologist--someone qualified and properly trained to treat skin conditions safely.

Before the appointment, I showed multiple reference pictures and was hoping that she would understand that I have lighter/feminine features and didn't want anything super dark or heavy. Although the lashes themselves were not badly done, they looked nothing like what I requested. I ended up with a very bold mega volume look that did not flatter my face at all. It completely changed my appearance in a way I wasn't comfortable with. I reached out respectfully afterward and explained that they were too bold and not what I asked for, especially since this was my first lash experience. I asked if she could accommodate me with a removal or some kind of correction, but I was told I would have to pay again for both the removal and a new set. For $120, I expected better communication and a result closer to the references I provided. If you like very bold/full lash styles, her work may work for you, but if you want a softer wispy cat-eye look, I would be cautious and make sure you discuss it very thoroughly beforehand.

I wouldn't trade Erica's for any other salon! I have been faithful to this place for over 15 years, Analeci is my devoted hairstylist. You always leave happy no matter what. I damaged my hair royally a few years ago, and she helped me get it back on track. She has alot of patience and always makes sure you are happy with the results. She goes above and beyond for her clients. I don't normally write reviews but I definitely think she is worth it. I have referred people to her previously and they always go back to her. I had my hair darkest black and she was able to lighten the color on the first trip and it looked Great! None of that orange colored hair. I always get compliments at work. read more

When we raised concerns, Mary--the stylist--claimed that unless your hair is "virgin" (i.e., never dyed), there's no guarantee for good results. That's a ridiculous excuse for botched work. If your stylist can't work with previously dyed hair, they shouldn't be offering color services at all. If you value your hair, your money, or even just basic respect--go somewhere else. The next photo was the 1st attempt of adding the hair color. The brand they used did not hold onto my hair. I am not sure if it was ion. So they had to order in a different brand, Joico. Now this one did hold onto my hair and the last picture is the final product. Honestly the color did not come out like the picture. The picture shows 2 different colors. The hair color does not look as vibrant. Even the tips of my hair were discolored. Charged me like $90
