Largely thanks to Dr Sai and Sally I'm now in the preventative mode as it were with no serious issues. So I haven't needed to see Dr Tsai for a while but I always feel especially comfortable in his care If needed. In the meantime hygenist Sally has been doing an incredible job , as always, keeping my teeth clean and in good shape while watching out for any problems, EG no more fives and sixes , If you get back drift, and very few cavities for someone who is prone to them. And also a shout out to Tara and Kylie and the front staff who are also incredible at what they do. Thank you all. Looks like another good year, certainly dental- wise

I have very high anxiety when it comes to any dental procedure, and I also have extremely sensitive gums and an overall low pain tolerance. Despite that, I continue to come back because I always feel treated with kindness and patience. Dr. Tsai performed gum surgery for me, and I truly believe it made a significant improvement in my gum health and appearance. I also go in for regular deep cleanings, which are never easy for me, but the staff is always understanding, especially when I flinch or tear up from the discomfort. The only thing I'd hope to see improved is the way my sensitivity is addressed during treatment--I understand it's unusual to be this sensitive, but frequent comments about it can sometimes make me feel more self-conscious. That said, I know they mean well and are doing their best to keep me calm. Overall, I trust Dr. Tsai with my periodontal care and am thankful to have a provider who understands how stressful dental work can be for someone like me. Highly recommend to anyone, especially those who need a compassionate touch.

When I found out I had inherited this, I was really upset and intimidated. I had an exam , WHICH IS ALMOST PAINLESS. Today, Carrol gave me my first treatment. Carrol went above and beyond to make the process painless. Nitrous certainly help takes the edge off. A few shots of novacaine and an hour and 20 minutes later i walked out, unbelievably, without pain. Well, NO DUH... no pain because of being numb. But now, 4 hours later, and still no pain. For those of you that have to have this procedure, have no fear. My suggestion is to go to a specialist and not your typical dentist. I recommend Diablo Chiro without question.

I had dual coverage and so I had asked them if there's anything I'd need to pay or any fees for the appointment. I was told that there is no fee for a consultation. After my appointment at check out I was asked to pay $178. When I asked why I was told that's just what they charge. So I went ahead and paid it hesitantly. Several months later they sent me another bill for $145. When I called the office and asked why, they said it was for the CT scan that they did. And I remember having a conversation with the assistant prior to getting the CT scan and asking if I would have to pay for that scan. Since one was already done by my referring dentist I don't want to have another done unless there would be no charge. They had me wait a long time while they checked if it was covered then I was told that it's free of charge. And now they are requiring me to pay the $145 months later because apparently it's not covered since one was done by my other dentist- which I specifically told them. I think it's bad practice for the office side of the business. The doctor was very pleasant and nice but I will not be getting my treatment here due to the devious way the office conducts its business.

Like many others, I'm not the biggest fan of those biannual cleanings (ouchy), but Kwon & Jabbour have made the experience as painless as possible. Their facility is clean, modern, and very high-tech. There's a lot of effort to ensure patient comfort and wellbeing. I didn't realize how outdated my previous dentist's tech was until I came here... And also realized how much smoother the teeth cleaning experience could be. Each time I've visited, the staff are professional, kind, and welcoming. I've been wary of predatory practices after hearing about peers' bad experiences with dentists-- fortunately, you definitely don't have to worry about that here. Dr. Jabbour and staff show genuine care towards patient wellbeing and patiently break down any treatments or recommendations if you have questions. I feel very reassured that they have my best interests in mind.

That level of craftsmanship and precision is rare these days. You're not just getting dental work outsourced to a lab -- you're getting a doctor who takes full ownership of the outcome. The fit, the comfort, the aesthetics -- all outstanding. But what truly sets Dr. Maher apart is who he is as a person. He's deeply kind, ethical, and thoughtful in how he treats patients. As someone who values integrity and character, I can say he embodies it. He takes the time to explain options, never pressures, and genuinely wants to save your teeth whenever possible rather than rush to more aggressive procedures. A true tooth savior. The office staff? Warm, organized, and welcoming. They run on time and treat you like a human being, not a billing code. The dental hygienist is equally excellent -- thorough, gentle, and clearly committed to doing great work. If you want a dentist who combines skill, craftsmanship, and old-school decency, Dr. Maher is your guy. Five stars without hesitation.

The price varies greatly ($3000 - $9000) for the same service . After I eliminated four providers from my basic research we visited the other five in person and met with the doctors. We chose Dr. Martin because he seemed to be the most knowledgeable and professional and his price is somewhere in the middle. It also helps that Dr. Martin and his staff are very nice and caring. It's almost three weeks after the surgery now and everything is great. P.S. Most of the general dentists charge higher fees than periodontists for the LANAP gum surgery (same amount of time, same machine, same procedure) and I don't understand why. Maybe they get less usage on the machine so they need to recoup more machine cost from each patient?? Anyway I'd rather use a periodontist for the gum surgery especially since their prices are even a little lower.

At the initial visit, I was nervous. Dr. Martin is very calm, methodical, professional and kind. He listens and explains. He gave me the prescriptions that I needed for the procedure which were printed out, making it easy for the pharmacist to read. I had my wife drive me as one of the prescriptions was like a Valium which calmed my nerves and of course something like lidocaine to numb the area during the procedure. The procedure took about 45 minutes and I sensed that Dr. Martin and his support staff knew exactly what they were doing. I had no pain during or after the procedure and hardly any swelling. They also gave me nitrous and I could have them increase or decrease the flow by a hand signal. Actually, it was easier than having a tooth drilled for a cavity. That next day, Dr. Martin phoned me to see how I was feeling. I was surprised to receive a call, as no doctor has ever done that before! Dr. Martin also gave me his cell phone number is case of an emergency. I will definitely go back if I ever need dental surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Martin. PS You will like his staff as they make you feel at home, they are kind and caring.
