Greatest doctor I've ever been to-hands down. You can tell he really cares and is very thorough!

This review is strictly with regard to the billing office. The clinical care we received was 5…read morestars; however, I would never return because of the billing experience, which was awful. We paid $2,300 up front. The billing office initially did not submit the claim to medical insurance at all -- something we only discovered because we called to ask. After that, we followed up for months while insurance was pending and were repeatedly told not to worry. Once insurance finally paid, no final bill was ever sent. Instead, the account was sent straight to collections, and additional fees were added. When confronted, the billing office denied telling us not to worry and claimed they had left voicemails they never left. Completely unacceptable. The pattern of billing complaints in other reviews says it all.

If you want to be rescheduled on the day of your appointment over and over, and be misled to think…read moreyour insurance will cover some of the payment, this is the place for you! They might say they "take" Unum, or silently write down your insurance details when you hand them your card, but you might end up spending 4x more than you thought you would, which conveniently didn't come up right before the appointment. This is the only option in town, but I should have driven two hours to avoid this place. Btw, if they hadn't rescheduled on me over and over, I'd still have my old insurance that WAS covered! The doctors are fine, but the rest of the experience wasn't worth it. Now I'm in physical AND financial pain. Couldn't be much angrier. Not worth it at all. Don't come here.

So Many reactions to this place! My initial visit was…read morepleasant and even tho it took a huge amount of time to get thru, it was relatively painless and the immediately got me approved for full dentures which sounded like a scary, painful but somehow simple process. The day before my appointment for the removal and dentures I got a message at approximately 2:00pm that the doctor who was to do my procedure would not be there and I needed to call them to reschedule. I called 15 times and left more than one rude message due to the fact that after the first few calls I expected that they would want to secure that $5000 by calling me back quickly. As I do service work and I was driving back past their office I stopped in, pissed! The office staff was pretty rude when I told them I needed the next available date and time or that they should have pushed other people back instead of cutting off a whole days worth of patients who probably arranged time off work to be there. We settled on a week later. I gave back my days off that week and requested a week later. I showed up for my appointment, got in and got numbed up, the dentist then went to see other patients for an hour and a half before returning and quickly removing my teeth and administering more anesthetic due to the initial dose wearing off. Gave me a couple stitches crammed the new teeth into my mouth and gave me a script for some pain meds, hindsight.. way too weak. By the time I got the prescription filled I was in mind numbing pain and tried to go home and go to bed. The way the teeth were in, I could not swallow or talk let alone even think of eating. I left the teeth in for 22 hours but took them out when I finally had to get up and take some more pain meds, removing the blood soaked towel and pillow from my bed. A few hours later I had my post op appointment which was really a sub doctor doing a few small adjustments on my dentures before telling me that I would have to wait a few weeks for the swelling to go down before I could even know whether they were going to fit at all. So it is a week now and I still cannot get the teeth in, and am still in an amazing amount of pain, no choice but to wait for possibly another couple of weeks to see if the swelling goes down and more importantly the pain subsides so I can get the immediate set of very expensive dentures into my mouth in hopes that they will actually fit and work properly. I can say the first set of dentures looks and feels like a cheap plastic set, if the permanent set looks the same that will be a very bad day for all involved especially given the cost, supposedly I paid for the top tier, best of the best dentures with a 7 year warranty. I was parked in handicap & because it was raining I figured I could make it to the lobby to sit down, otherwise I would had to unload my wheelchair. Once I got to the lobby heavily breathing & carrying my tank, I was immediately told we had to wait in the car or like 1 family in the rain. I was livid! the lobby was empty granted someone walked in behind me, it would've been nice to have been allowed to sit down . I left the lobby made it back to the car my phone rang & I was told I'm next I can come in. I said, I just left the office, hung up & I walked back in at the same time my wheelchair was being rolled in. I explained to the desk how upset I was that they didn't have any compassion for someone on O2 only for me to come right back. I saw the dentist & as I was being examined heard laughter & a loud lobby. I thought oh, so now it's ok to have people wait in the lobby. I was so upset I couldn't concentrate on what was going on with the nurse, thankfully she excused herself I assume to have a word with the desk. She came back apologizing. I wish I remembered her name. Time for me to leave & the lobby has people in it. I assumed there where patients in the lobby when I heard the giggles so I said. It's ok for them to be in the lobby but a oxygen patient has to walk back & forth. No one said anything & I made sure I told them I was going to complain. I hope my next visit is handled better. This review is based off my experience w/Amy and co workers who had the giggles!!!
