I was not displeased with my old dentist, but Dr. Luker and his staff are on a totally different level. His intake process was amazingly thorough. Every time I see him or his staff, I'm so impressed with their professionalism, "bedside manner" (is that what you call it with dentists?), skill, and expertise. And as much as I liked my old dentist, I wish now that I had been going to Dr. Luker all these years. I'd give them six stars if I could.

''Dr. Feller did a great job on the prep appointment for my crown. I had to come back a few weeks…read morelater for the permanent crown. The office had confirmed my appointment several days before, but when I got to the appointment, after the receptionist telling me it would be a few minutes, I sat for 45 minutes with no one saying anything to me. Luckily I did not have to go back to work. I finally said something to the receptionist and she checked with him and said it would be another one-half hour. I asked the receptionist why no one had advised me. She didn't know. I rescheduled and when I did get my appointment with Dr. Feller, he acted as though he was doing me a BIG favor by coming on a half hour early one day to 'fit me in', although I had to take off work time two times to get in. He apologized for my waiting so long at that last appointment time, but he had 'no way to let me know he was running behind.' Really? No one in the office could get the message to the front desk for me? I told him I didn't appreciate it, but he was in an argumentative mood and tried to justify it by saying he was fitting someone in that had been in the hospital. OK, fine. Just let me know so I don't waste time sitting in your reception area. He said things like this happen all the time in business, and I told him not on my watch. Even though I told him I did not want to discuss it any longer, he kept on arguing with me. I was appalled at his attitude. Young and big-headed. I've left that office. Too bad, because he does good work, but though he was working for me, he didn't care about my time. Take your chances on his availability for you. Also no one from that office has questioned why I left, but they know I transferred ny records - not important, I guess. Does Dr. Santarelli know about Feller's practice and treatment of patients?
