This agent and her assistant Irvin Ruiz do not practice good sound business. I have had a policy…read moresince 06/17 and up until recently I thought they understood our needs and had our back in protecting our investment, but it turns out they mislead us and lied about the coverage of the policy we actually purchased. When confronted about thier unethical, potentially fraudulent behavior they denied everything claiming to not be able to remeber. I filed a complaint with her supervisor and Mrs. Ruiz just sat there smugly as if she was untouchable. Consumer affairs attempted to sweep the corruption under the rug and dismiss my complaint as a misunderstanding. In their correspondence with me they cited the application as reasiong for their decision but upon further review of the application i found 12 examples of errors, falsified information, and areas where truth was omitted. Sections of the application left incomplete void of necessary information. Patricia Ruiz filled out the application at her desk while asking us the questions saying that's how she generated the policy. If you need to protect your assets and investments do not conduct business with this person and her assistant your commission is there only goal and then months down the road when you need their services they will deny helping you and have no remorse about your loss. They refuse to provider her national insurance producer number and have attempted to obstruct every attempt to file a grievance. My next step is to get a regulatory agency involved and file a complaint with the Arizona attorney General of consumer complaints department as I now have enough evidence to prove that Patricia Ruiz and Irvin Ruiz are unethical agents that have committed fraudulent business practices.
