The front desk staff was also warm which made the whole experience even better. :) It's now the next night and my aligners feel snug but still comfortable...I was able to sleep through the night just fine and feel like I'm adjusting. I'll be changing my trays every two weeks with a total of 10 trays in my treatment plan, so a total of 5 months. Dr. Lin let me know that if I have any discomfort he's happy to take a look and make adjustments. So far so good and I'm really looking forward to finally getting the smile I've wanted for years!

Yesterday, I went in for a toothache, and Dr. Dellisanti found the issue right away. She was even able to perform a root canal that same afternoon! What amazed me most was how fast and efficient everything was. Thanks to their modern technology (and her expertise), the entire procedure--including making the crown--took only about 1.5 hours. They also scan your teeth before and after to ensure the crown matches perfectly, which was especially important for fitting my retainer. That level of attention to detail is impressive. I also love my hygienist, Nina. She's very precise and always so friendly. My whole family goes here, and we couldn't be happier. I know most people don't enjoy going to the dentist, but this place truly makes it a pleasant experience--I don't even mind going! Highly recommend.

First with the office staff with their great directions as well as getting me in about a week before my original appointment. Then on to my x-rays, cleaning and exam all of which went really smoothly. I had different people who did my x-rays versus who did the cleaning all of which did an excellent job and were all very friendly. Dr. Gentling was very kind and I was happy with my dental exam. Most of the staff have been there for a very long time many around 20 years. That says a lot about the dental office. I'm thrilled I found them. I just lucked out that I had gotten a coupon and therefore decided to give them a shot. I did call back a few days after the fact to inquire about what the cost would've been had I not had the coupon seeing as I do not have insurance and have to pay out-of-pocket. The cost was about $90 more than most of the other dental clinics. I have been to recently. I definitely like GentlingSmiles 1,000 times more than any of the other dental offices, but I'll have to decide if it's worth the $90 difference to return in six months. I assume most people have dental insurance and therefore wouldn't have this issue. But it was definitely a great experience! everything from the waiting room to the wonderful people who work here.

Their office also offers fluoride, which I hadn't gotten done in a decade or more. Dr. Park is open about what needs to be watched, what should be worked on, and also when things should be done based on urgency. They also give goody bags with sensitivity toothpaste, which I haven't seen any dentist do. My last dentist used to do all manual scaling, so the main issue I've been having to adjust to is that they use electric scaling here. I usually don't like electric scaling, and I left one of my past dentists because the electric scaling kept hurting me, but it seems I can handle it here slightly better. I've had a different hygienist each visit, and they each do things slightly differently, especially when it comes to flossing.
