Gotta say - I am not sure where all the negatives are coming from because I also purchased a 'deal' with Eric and he was GREAT. Fit me in, was punctual and thorough. I used Eric first in January for a mid-winter cleaning and will call him again - twice a year is sufficient in my quiet neighborhood. The screens were done well, the windows were glistening and Eric was friendly and congenial. He was careful of my plantings and landscaping and even offered to do a few additional windows because I have an older, small house. He is clear that he doesn't do high (3rd story) or unsafe windows - don't ask. All of the complaints are about Eric not being able to fit them in or returning calls... he is a single, busy person who is trying to make a living. A little patience will go a long way - if you're not hosting a special party tomorrow, plan ahead and use Eric's services. He is affordable, pleasant and professional. (He is not a huge fan of dogs running around to 'help' him. Make sure you have a way to keep your four-leggeds indoors while he is working.) read more

Eric, J, and Lonny left our windows and screens sparkling. They not only know their craft but are kind and professional. I wish I had 'before and after' photos because the difference is significant. Eric seems to be a busy guy so it takes some follow-up, but WELL worth the effort. read more

Eric communicated schedule and pricing clearly. He did an excellent job and is our condo association go-to for window cleaning. Highly recommended. read more

Eric has been doing our windows for 10 years. He does an excellent job, very thorough. He takes pride in his work. We haven't had too much issue with scheduling. He even did our 3 story condo, with his ladder on this itty bitty ledge. He certainly sticks to his word and no job is too big. Thank you Eric! read more

Wonderful resource. Short lead times in booking him. He clearly takes pride in his work and it Shows in the end results. read more

BUYER BEWARE! Eric has an ungodly amount of "deals" available for purchase on LivingSocial, Amazon and Yelp and because of that he's overwhelmed by emails who've bought her services in advance. He WILL NOT RETURN YOUR EMAIL. I sent 4 emails to set up a time for service and when I never got a single reply I called LivingSocial who gave me his phone number. I finally got him on the phone and he apologized up and down and promised to make it right, and he was even going to be in my neighborhood that weekend. Did he ever get back to me? NO. I have been waiting 6 weeks to get an appointment. Summer is half over! Do NOT buy this deal. I am out of pocket the money I spent. He's stealing money and never making appointments for service. There are so many other window cleaners out there who have great reviews. consider yourself forewarned. read more

I purchased a deal on Amazon Local in July. I've called and left messages as suggested by his voicemail. Months have passed after leaving at least two voicemails a month and now it is nearing the last month before the "deal" expires so I ended up calling Amazon for a refund. Sounds like a case of a small business taking on more than it could. I would stay away in the future. read more

One of the best experiences ever! I live in Ladera Heights, CA. Eric Campbell called before coming, showed up on time and did an outstanding window cleaning job! He was very professional, cordial and thorough. You will be very pleased with his quality service. He performed the best window cleaning service I have had. I highly recommend Eric Campbell Window Cleaning, my window cleaner from now on. Thank you, Eric. read more

IN brief, Eric was professional, thorough, neat, & provided great service with a smile. We had many & large windows including a second story & challenging windows to reach. He was able to do them all, while carefully moving & replacing interfering furniture & decor. HIs price was so reasonable that I actually gave him more than he quoted as the extent of the job really exceeded what he should have had to do for the price (coupon). Several members of my family are also in the window cleaning business & he came up to their standard. I have no hesitation recommending Eric to others. read more

Eric goes beyond and above what is required. His professionalism and positive attitude comes through in his finished work and very reasonable price. read more

Complete absolute FAIL. Bought a living social for $59 for 15 windows, thought it was a great way to try this service and become a future frequent client. First problem, there is no phone number, you have to e mail, so they hold ALL the cards. E mailed on 7/08, got a response on 7/10 asking for my voucher number, address, and saying they will contact me with possible dates. I replied immediately with all the requested information. days pass, then more days, finally on 7/21 I e mail again, saying I think 10 days is long enough to wait for a response, and include my address and voucher number again. So here I am, another week later and not a single solitary word. I have frequently checked my spam folder too, just in case. I see from the other reviews that this is common practice for this company, so my husband, an attorney is looking into legal action and a fraud investigation. I feel as if I have been stolen from by Eric campbell Window Cleaning. Save yourself the trouble. read more

I too purchased a Living Social Deal last year. He wrote back and gave me a number. I called. Then he told me he was busy and asked for dates. I gave him the available dates and he never has replied. I have reached out several other times and have never heard back. read more

I bought a deal on Living Social, have called, emailed, even contacted Living Social multiple times, this guy does not call back!!! I now have an expired coupon. He may clean windows well; but, all I can review is his horrible customer service. read more

Bought a Living Social for Eric and after 2 emails sent to him as requested on the voucher, as well as a 3 way call with living social, Eric failed to get back to me as promised. After 3 calls to Living social during the entire ordeal, I received a refund for the services. Eric said he had taken out too many deals with living social, Angies List, and Yelp that he got in over his head. I feel that due to me being further away then most customers (still within the boundaries he set on Living Social), he showed less priority to me and did not want to make the trip. Would not recommend him only because if you can not deliver on commitments you make, you are not worth doing business with. read more

Incredible service. He is busy, but was able to honor my Amazon deal. He also said that he will honor even expired deals since thats how he does business. The work is just top-notch. I asked him to do the whole house (way more than my coupon) and his 'extra' rate is very, very good. Less than half of what the corporate window washer companies charge and he is much more conscientious. On his way out he said 'I also did your garage... no charge.' read more

Eric is fantastic. He may be overwhelmed right now but he is worth your patience! I purchased through Living Social and had him come to our home today. On time, very professional, courteous, excellent service. Great attention to detail. I needed additional cleaning that wasn't included in the Living Social offer, and his prices were incredibly reasonable. I am very particular about who I use and recommend, and so are my 3 large guard dogs -- and they loved him too. An absolute recommend. read more

Found Eric through a Living Social deal and glad I did!!! He went above and beyond and the results look amazing. He is very professional, thorough, and knows everything about windows...a window czar if I may. I will definitely be relying on him twice a year to maintain my windows spelling! Thanks Eric!!! read more

After reading all those negative reviews, I felt I had to write a review for Eric Campbells window cleaning. I also purchased a voucher from him and it took a few tries to get a hold of him but when he called back, it became clear that he is just a very busy and hardworking man. He fit me into his schedule the next week and did an outstanding job at cleaning all of our windows and glass doors. He has a lot of knowledge and is a very sincere man. Give him a chance! read more

We hired Eric to clean the windows of our one story house in Burbank. He arrived on time, was super nice to the whole family and did a wonderful job. Our windows look fantastic! They needed a lot of work too, we moved in recently and the previous owners just didn't keep up the house. We will eventually have to upgrade the windows but now that they're so clean we can hold off for a good while. read more

I've used Eric a few times and absolutely love his work and his work ethic. He's reliable, does excellent work, and is a very nice man, too. I got a housekeeper last year who now cleans my windows but I wouldn't hesitate to call him again if needed. read more

Eric just did an amazing job cleaning all the windows in my house. He's kind and efficient and thorough. He got rid of some paint that had gotten onto the glass, he scraped off the sticky muck left over from a bad window tinting job and even cleaned all the screens. They're like brand new windows again! The only reason he didn't get 5 stars was because it took a long time to get an appointment. He had a special going and it took about a month to get an appointment. Once we had the date scheduled, he showed up exactly on time and did a complete job. I'd recommend him highly! read more

One of the worst experiences ever! Would give him minus stars if available. Took three week to schedule an appointment and then did not show up. Called 4 hours later after I waited for him all day. Rescheduled to come two days later. I live on the second floor of a condo building and had a voucher that was limited to 1 and 2 story homes and commercial buildings. He said my condo was higher than 24 ft and therefore not eligible. I sent him away without any work done. Avoid this person at all costs. He is a liar. read more

I Scheduled a cleaning for windows. Eric said he would be there between 2 and 5pm and never showed up. No phone call back, nothing. I called him several times and left him messages. read more

I just had my windows done by Eric Campbell. From the time I made the first call until my windows were done it was nothing but a pleasure. Initially, I had several questions. Eric is very knowledgable and patient he answered all my questions. He did my windows inside and outside, he even did my screens. He did not make or leave a mess. I saw a negative review on here and I asked him about it. He was not aware of it. He checked it out and said he did know that person and he does not advertise through Amazon. The estimate he gave was timely and very reasonable. I am so happy with my windows they shine. Two days later it rained. Eric said he would be happy to come back and touch up my windows. I laughed and told him I was not calling to schedule but to tell him that my windows are still sparkling they look amazing. Eric Campbell did a wonderful job. I have scheduled for twice a year. I will refer him to all my friends and co-workers. read more

Eric did a great job cleaning the windows of our house. Highly recommend!

We had our windows cleaned professionally for the first last Friday. I cannot believe we waited this long to have someone clean them. When I first spoke to Eric on the phone he was very polite. He truly likes what he does and wants to make sure the customer is satisfied with his job. I still cannot get over how clean and streak free our windows are. I would definitely asked him to come back. I want to add that I used amazonlocal voucher for this one. But I wouldn't mind paying for the regular price next time. I don't have anything to compare this with but I'm very satisfied with the way my windows turned out. read more

I bought a very reasonably priced voucher on Living Social. Eric Campbell showed up early, at 4:40 for a 5:00 appointment and did an excellent, professional job on my windows. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you, Eric. read more

Bought an Amazon voucher in July and waited until the last minute to schedule. He was able to fit me in, showed up at appointment time and did a great job. You know he did a great job on the sliding glass door when I am yelling at my kids, "Who left the door open?!" Will definitely use him again and recommend him. read more
