I'll start off by saying Kelly at Ergeon Fence has been a joy to work with. When I decided to begin my wood and chain link fencing projects, I was so happy to have found Ergeon Fencing. Kelly, and also Jose, have been responsive and very comprehensive. Kelly understood my needs, had very helpful suggestions, and was able to get me great estimates (better than a competitor) in a timely manner. Other fencing companies either didn't get back to me or they only did one kind of fencing. Wood OR chain link, but not both. When I found Ergeon Fencing, I was so happy to hear that they could complete both my wood and chain link fencing projects, all within my budget. They started off by scheduling a video appointment with me to get a visual of the work site and to get an idea of the project. I took measurements ahead of the video appointment, which allowed for a very straightforward assessment. Then, they provided me with an itemized estimate. After I approved it, I received a call the very next morning from Jose, who will oversee the project. From there, we scheduled the pre-installation walk through. Everything is progressing smoothly and I'm very happy with my experience so far. From start to finish they were responsive, attentive, and knowledgeable in fence repair, new installation and remodeling older fences. Their methods for bid were unobtrusive, they only required a single visit to my property prior to day of the installation. Everything was over phone and Zoom style review of property and existing fence. Although complicated by three sperate properties being dealt with, they had proceedures to accommodate this aspect of the project. The day of removal of old fence, installation of fence and retaining wall, the supervisor and crew were promot and had brief meeting, then went straight to work. They were very industrious, carefully working around plants and sprinkler system, and very organized. The workmanship, quantity, and quality of their work was above our expectations!!! Every aspect of the project was exactly as listed in bid and contract. Supervisor came to ask questions when doubt of certain aspects came up. I felt involved without being in the way, they were responsive, friendly, and worked to complete project in the time that was alloted, one day. Clean up was accomplished as they worked, and when they removed all their equipment, the yard was cleaner than it was on their arrival, plus there was a great looking new fence!! 5/17/22 Ergeon was one of three fencing contractors contacted for quotes regarding replacing a 100 ft section of deteriorated fence at my daughter's home. Ergeon was prompt in their response and their initial quote was facilitated by having me walk the project alignment with a live video feed. While their quote provided at the end of the day was not the least expensive, it was competitive, but it was the attentiveness of the staff who aided the upfront process and gain my trust was clearly above the rest. From there, Ergeon personnel responded to every need by first visiting the site in person to conduct a detailed site inspection and arrange for underground utility locating services to ensure that job scope of work was clearly defined and understood to minimize surprises. During this preparation period, there were a few surprises regarding fence alignment and construction timing which was important to meet a rapid schedule to accommodate a special event. Ergeon worked diligently to accommodate the requested changes and were able to meet the accelerated project schedule for no additional fee. We are very pleased with the finished project and follow-through that Ergeon has shown us and I would feel very comfortable recommending them to anyone in need of a new or replacement fencing project. read more

I recently contacted Ergeon to get an estimate for a fence replacement job. I promptly received a text and subsequently a call from a gentleman (Guy) who asked me probing questions about our needs. At the same time he shared good info about their company and the process for sending me a formal estimate and how the work will be done if I decide to hire them for the job. Through a video call Guy looked at the damaged fence and asked relevant questions so he can assess the scope of job, required materials, labor, etc. in order to send me the estimate. I must say that Guy was very professional, thorough (actually meticulous) and disclosed helpful info about the company and how they handle requests, scheduling, pricing, etc. Although I was in contact with another fence company, I opted to sign up with Ergeon and the impression Guy gave me including thoroughness, timeliness and professionalism was big factor in my decision to hire Ergeon. I am currently waiting for confirmation of installation date that is supposed to be 14-20 days out (not a bad turnaround). I am optimistic that I will receive similar great services from other teams (schedulers/installers) at Ergeon throughout the process until the job is completed. read more

I needed a 18 feet fence and a side gate to be replaced.I called them and they responded in 24 hrs . to set up a video appointment. I measured the fence and gate and gave the measurements to Guy and sent him pictures. He asked me what I wanted and they gave me an estimate within the same week with a 3D model and built specifications. I still has some questions about the structure and the contract and he texted me back with the answers. They installed the fence and gate within a week of my approval. I spoke with the project manager with questions and she updated me with the project 's progress.The installer came to verify my measurements. I think I paid a fair price because I wanted this done before the rainy season started. They built it on site and hauled away the old fence and gate. The builders Francisco and Jose were respectful and they fixed a couple of things after finishing. This was my first time replacing this fence and gate in 19 years, the old one had seen better days .They took care of the digging permit,buying and transporting the materials and building it. Lianka is extremely professional and was exceptionally knowledgeable regarding not only the variety of fencing available but also the all-important installation timeline which is followed by the company. She explained the procedures to get an estimation and then having a project manager set up the dates of construction. I didn't realize there is a project manager who oversees the process after the estimation has been established. I was thinking of a much smaller business. But I am very impressed with Ergeon Fences and especially Lianka Mutate! She is very personable, detailed, and was especially helpful. My shared fence with my neighbor needs to be replaced. My neighbor provided me this company, Ergeon Fence, as an option to perform the work. I am so appreciative that he did. Customer Specialist Claudia Argumedo was excellent! Claudia is professional, respectful, patient, and very courteous. Claudia scheduled a video meeting and assisted me in providing the necessary information required for a detailed quote of the cost for replacing the fence. Claudia was so helpful that I requested an additional quote for other sections of my fence during our meeting. Claudia emailed the quotes to me the very next day pertaining to my requested information and provided two detailed options for me. The information provided included pictures of the final product, dimensions, wood type, cost, etc. Claudia followed up the email immediately with a telephone call to further explain the quotes and to address any questions or concerns. Great experience with this company. I like the video call. Made it easier to get a price quote. Very reasonable price. I shopped around and I was impressed with Ed Franco's customer service. They are not the least expensive but their price was very reasonable and competitive. We went back and forth with the plan , made a lot of changes but Ed Franco was patience enough to accommodate our needs. Day of the install there was a mis-communication with the project manager but the company went above and beyond to correct. the issue. I could not be much happier with the end result. The installer crews were fabulous especially Juan I believe he was the lead guy. He exceeded my expectations. He was kind enough to correct some little things that I asked. Very professional and definitely knows what he is doing. Not to mention very efficient. We made the right decision of hiring them. After having researched the price of material (before the price hikes) I had an idea of what my fencing project would cost. I was contacted by Ergeon through Angie's List to replace old fence, approx. 95 ft. in length. I received a very reasonable quote and was surprised with their professionalism. They were quick to modify the quote after taking detailed measurements of my project. The pictures and overhead view of my property project were terrific, not something I expected from a "fencing" company. I was contacted by Roselyn, who introduced herself as my project manager...a project manager for my simple fencing project. I was skeptical dealing with a non-local company but their price was unbeatable so I took a leap of faith. My experience with Ergeon thus far has been very good. I requested a quote on the installation of about 35 feet of chain link fencing and four chain link fence gates. Ergeon's representative, Nils Borchers, contacted me. We reviewed my job by video conference and two days later he sent me a quote for the job. Nils followed-up later that morning with a phone call to me. I really appreciate working with a company like Ergeon and a professional like Nils Borchers. The quote is detailed and very well done, and Nils maintained contact with me throughout the entire quote process. My experience with other chain link fence companies was not good. They say that they will give you a quote, but they don't, and then they don't return calls, and then they stop answering calls altogether. My experience with Ergeon was not like my experience with the other chain link fence companies. Everyone knows the frustration of contacting companies that either don't get back to you or you have to wait forever or are too busy or give you a 4 hour window for their convenience. ...this did not happen at all with Ergeon. Andrew, whom I started with --getting an estimate scheduled, was great. I was given A 2 hour window for every stage of the project and was (with one exception) filled. Every communication with him was answered promptly, professionaly and patiently. His communications to me were very helpful..introducing the project manager - (who was maybe a little less, helpful and communicative)..the estimate was very detailed and changes were made without issue. The job was scheduled..less than a week after we accepted the estimate and completed in one day. I didn't know the work was going to be sub-contracted, so the installers were unable to answer questions. Not the neatest job or the highest quality wood --but all in all I am happy and would use them again if needed. read more

The job was for one side fence approx. 117 feet. 4 panels between the 2 houses and 2 new gates. I had 2 quotes done for the job and there was only a $100 difference. Both companies came out within a few days to give the est. Ergeon has a nice computerized presentation of what the different parts of the job will look like and what materials will be used for the job and the price. Communication was very good. Due to rain, the job had to be cancelled 2 times. That was fine with me, since I really did not want them to come when it was raining. They came at the day and time, that they stated.They got the job done in 21/2 days and the area was kept clean. I was waiting for that wrench but it never came. Everything went smoothly. All along the way, Sergio communicated status and next steps. Revisions were handled by customer specialist Tomas, very smoothly and efficiently. Supervisor for the installation crew, Arturo, visited our site to visually verify the site attributes and job requirements and an installation date was set. Arturo and his crew showed up per Ergeon's commitment of date and time, worked diligently, and the retaining wall and fence were installed and the worksite cleared by 5PM the same day. Ergeon Fence did an awesome fence job for me. The shared fence between my house and my neighbor's house collapsed over time. So we decided to have the fence replaced. Since it's a shared fence, Ergeon Fence spent extra effort from the start to finish of the work to explain and arrange each step in the process - estimate, scheduling and installing the fence to make sure both my neighbor and I were well informed. Both Oscar and Sergio were professional, patient and very nice to work with. The workers were also friendly, I noticed a few things during the fence installation, covering small space at the corner of the side fence meeting the back fence, and filling some small holes in the concrete. They helped with all my requests and cleaned up well after the work without any old nails on the ground. Ergeon seems to be acting as a general contractor and subbing out the work to local contractors, that oddly enough didn't even come up as possibilities when we searched initially... but for all that I have to say they really did do us a 5- star favor by doing so! They were more cost- friendly, and delivered top notch results! To be fair in regard to the picture, I got the ugly side of the project, but I knew that going in as I have a raised retaining wall blocking the bottom 2 feet of the boards. The neighbors and I are both very pleased with the fence, and I would recommend giving ergeon a chance to bid your project, they were on time, used top tier materials, finished the project quickly and professionally... or, I should say, My Solid Fencing did!
