This company breached our contract and decided not to go forward with the project, even when we had invested a lot of time getting paperwork and city's permit. There really was no concrete reason for cancelling other than the "contractor needed to update his license to do work in my city". I wasted 2 months!! I guess I could post all the email exchanges between me and Ken Bond that state why the contract was never signed online- your website was not working- however we proceeded with the project. If no contract was ever signed, then why did your contractor come up to the city of Fairfield to get all of the permitting requirements? Your response just doesn't make any sense and makes me understand a bit more how you do business. read more

While the quote process was convenient, the follow-up has been terrible. They switched the project manager on me 3 times and then were not responsive to messages. During the pre-installation appointment, the guys came to measure and then used spray paint to tag "USA" on a portion of the fence not in my original quote. Installation day was originally scheduled for 11am, they pushed it to 2pm but noone arrived until 7pm!!! They did not come with enough material to do the job and claimed they did not tag my fence though I have video footage on my Ring app. Now they want to come back with new quote and I have to wait for another Installation day to be scheduled. (Updated) I signed a contract with Ergeon April 25, 2023. Almost 2 months later, the project was completed on June 15, 2023. I know there was backlog due to the storms earlier this year. I expected delays, but it was weird how they did not communicate any expected timeline. I hope they improve their communication, and give their clients updates on when to expect installation, rather than leave us in the dark. I was close to looking for another company. The installation and haul away was great. We are happy with our fence. They did not have the post caps, and I don't know if they will refund me for those.
