Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders. Since I couldn't remove the rating from before , I wanted to give credit to the staff who graciously helped resolve the issues with our order. Thank you Chucks for following up and understanding our needs.

The associates look and sound like they don't want to be there. I had been on hold for 10 minutes and my friend who was sitting right beside me the store. Someone answered the call and asked how they could help her and as she began speaking they put her on hold. Scott was completely transparent about the pricing, the products, and their process. I dropped off my vehicle for the day, and Nick contacted me when it was ready. When I picked it up, Nick showed me what was completed and explained how everything was done. He also gave me a walkthrough of how to use the product I purchased. Overall, my first experience with Sound Solutions was really good. The entire process was straightforward and professional. I definitely recommend checking them out if you're looking for similar services.

They walked me through the process over the phone -- deduced my requirements and a quick snapshot of dashboard they ordered a head unit that matched my interior and looks like it came with the vehicle. Did what I could to avoid tolls via Google Maps. (Hint: set it to go to LKQ Baltimore-Hawkins first and then add this one in navigation.) Arrived sooner than expected. The parking lot is pockmarked like the moon's surface--just like LKQ Jessup--but there IS enough space to park. Was a bit concerned, though, as a few people were rubbernecking my (admittedly nice) car when parking--as with prior review, better to go to a junkyard in a junk car, but I had no other option. Went through the process of signing in, etc....the yard itself was a little disorientating at first. but the place is just small enough to get around and see where you need to go. Found what I was looking for, just like finding buried treasure in someone's backyard. Yay, bonus points. :) Not a bad place at all. Everyone was decent, etc., and I was able to drive home without hitting a toll road. Again, good place to go to. My one piece of advice is rather personal: Make sure to get your daily 'constitutional' done at home before arriving. There is no port-a-potty in the world that is clean enough for most people, and in the Summer heat they're absolutely gross.
