Excellent establishment that is part wine shop, part salumeria, part cocktail bar and part restaurant.
We arrived a little early for our reservation and sat in the elevated bar area and had a beer. The bar itself if vert elegant and was well stocked.
We then moved outside and had a huge offering of their cured meat including a prosciutto tasting with various aged ones going up to 3 years, all were fantastic. This was paired with a lovely red wine from Lazio that stood up well to the prosciutto and cheeses.
We were going to split all four of Rome's quartet of famous pastas but the antipasto was so filling we opted for cacio and pepe and carbonara. I enjoyed both as they were expertly prepared.
Prices were great and the service was super friendly. read more
