For you wine snobs that are out there this is truly is a restaurant you want to check out as they have all price points here and kudos to the owner for stocking a very diversified and excellent selection of wines! This restaurant comes across as a very classy establishment as the selection of wines adorn literally three of the four walls within the business. I've taken cooking classes before and this wasn't anywhere near "now season the tomatoes and bring them to a slow bubble"... but for a family that had some notoriously un-kitchen-educated people and a mother with some sight issues, this was perfect. Which ensured the food was really good when we got it, the freshest pasta in Rome, and then we also got a five-course wine tasting with an extensive history lecture on each wine to explain how wine is made in Italy. We ordered a ribeye with rosemary and one with bolognese sauce and porcini mushroom. Both cuts were maybe 1" thick and seemed to be not better than USDA Choice meat. The one with Bolognese seemed it had zero seasoning other than the sauce and the sauce was...meh. So I was surprised and a little disappointed.
