But after kids enter the picture, I couldn't squeeze my fat finger into my wedding ring...for two solid years. I'm one of those moms who puts herself last on the totem pole of family priorities so stumbling across KB Jewelers was probably by destiny. haha. The universe was screaming that it was time and not to procrastinate any longer. The owner, Koko was phenomenal. He greets you with a smile and makes you feel comfortable right from the start. He's not pushy and really listens to what you are shopping for. He stays true to your search and ironically even when you are trying to save money, you find yourself coming back for additional jeweler needs. (I had my ring resized, bought a new tungsten band, put a new battery in my watch). KB Jewelers also goes above and beyond with communication (email/phone/in person) and will even deliver some of your pieces to you if needed. This business is one I will definitely recommend to my friends and wedding clients because of the wonderful attention to detail, quick service, fair prices and friendly staff. Oh and if you haven't been in downtown Northville before, no worries. The location is fantastic. The store front is a short skip away from two close parking lots. Give KB Jewelers a shot. You will not be disappointed.

Photos don't do justice!…read more I disliked my old oval style ring so much. I knew I was a marquise, emerald or assher cut type chick. So I worked with an amazing jeweler named Nick and his team at Infinity Jewelers USA. I looked at a lot of places however, I was happy with the service and how they treated me when I walked in the door. Nick was so patient with me as well because I kept debating between emerald and marquise as it was time to pick the final center stone setting. I came with an idea and less than a week later I had this beautifully customized ring. Usually I go for moissanite as I am not a diamond girl. This time I went with lab diamond because in the cut it just looks better. I totally recommend this company for all your jewelry needs. So if you're looking, contact them.

After paying my bill in full, I started receiving daily calls and invoices claiming I never made the payment. Thankfully, I'm one of those people who keeps every receipt. When I showed proof, they realized it was their mistake -- yet not once did I receive an apology for the repeated calls, letters, and inconvenience. To make matters worse, they mentioned they don't release jewelry unless it's fully paid, but because it was the holidays, they "let" me take my rings home -- even though I had already paid. The same employee who accepted my payment and gave me the receipt was the one calling and mailing the bills! This was handled so unprofessionally and without any accountability. I've stopped going there and no longer refer anyone. It's disappointing, especially after years of trust and business.
