I looked at a lot of places however, I was happy with the service and how they treated me when I walked in the door. Nick was so patient with me as well because I kept debating between emerald and marquise as it was time to pick the final center stone setting. I came with an idea and less than a week later I had this beautifully customized ring. Usually I go for moissanite as I am not a diamond girl. This is one of the best Jeweler stores I have been to in a long time. The quality and fair prices are unbelievable. I went in for a ring cleaning and the offered to re-dip my ring for $40.00. At the time I did not know what that was. They explained to me that they would re plate my ring and it would look brand new again. I let them do it and it only took 10 minuets but when I got my ring back it really did look brand new. I also bought some Elle earnings that I always get compliments on. Infinity Jewelers was the best experience I had while looking for engagement rings. I felt very uncomfortable going into most stores, because I wasn't there to buy a ring and the sales person would know this and treat me differently. At Infinity I had the best experience, the sales lady spent over an hour with me discussing details and finding the perfect engagement ring. My now fiance ended up going there with my friend to purchase my ring about a month after I went there. The same lady remembered my friend and the exact ring I wanted. The ring is perfect and made exactly as I requested. Recently my fiance and I went back to purchase our wedding bands and once again they were awesome. The lady, now 7 months later still remembered us! The owner was awesome and helped me create a custom band to fit my e ring. My fiance also found the perfect band. Asked to see 3 rings. Disclaimer, this is all new to me, so I have been consulting with a family member in NY. Went to take a photo (to send to said family member) and they said that they do not allow photos because they design their own rings and don't want their designs stolen. This is the first time I've run into this and have visited no less than 10 jewelry stores. I'm not a jeweler, but a white gold band with 3 rows of diamonds isn't exactly reinventing the wheel. I said well, I need to consult with someone via phone, so I guess I'll have to be out. I was met with "Then we're out too." Surprised to see so many positive reviews, and I'm glad that others had great experiences! I had a phenomenal experience down the road at Metals In Time--so they were the ones that got my $5000. read more

Professional, friendly, and not intimidating. They are so reasonable and nice. I got my engagement ring setting here several months ago and I've gotten so many compliments on it. The diamond is an heirloom, and the jeweler fit it to a beautiful criss-cross setting. Today, we decided to go back and get our wedding bands from them too!
