Our first experience with them was back in 2013, and after 13 years, that garage floor is still in great shape. That really says a lot about the quality and durability of the epoxy they use. Since then we have used them in multiple rental properties and they all turned out really well. Their service has always been excellent, the team is professional and easy to work with, and the finished floor looks amazing every time. It may be an investment, but it's worth every penny, especially when you see how well it holds up over the years. After 13 years of experience with their work, I have referred them to my friends and family who are also pleased with their work, now I can confidently say I would use them again and highly recommend them!

At the time, we were in the middle of construction on our home and made a last-minute decision to epoxy the garage floor. After watching countless YouTube videos, we briefly considered tackling the project ourselves. Thankfully, we came to our senses and decided to hire a professional. We chose Creative Epoxy Coating based entirely on their outstanding Yelp reviews, and they absolutely lived up to the praise. From the very beginning, the experience was excellent. Hany returned our call promptly, came out the very next day, and took the time to explain the entire process in detail. We immediately felt comfortable and confident that we were in good hands. Since we were on a tight construction schedule, they were also able to get us on the calendar quickly. They even gave us great advice on how to pack and store everything from our garage while the work was being completed. Our garage floor had been painted by the previous homeowner, so an additional step was required to completely remove the old paint before the epoxy could be applied. The project took about two days because of the extra prep work. Fast forward to July 2026, and the floor still looks fantastic. A couple of months ago, our water heater failed and left standing water on the garage floor. I was worried about how the epoxy would hold up, but it performed flawlessly--no peeling, no bubbling, no damage whatsoever. We've received many compliments from our contractor, family, and friends, and everyone is impressed with how great the garage looks. If you're considering having your garage floor epoxy coated, I wholeheartedly recommend Creative Epoxy Coating. Their workmanship, professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service were outstanding. This is one home improvement project we're incredibly glad we chose to leave to the professionals. I've added before-and-after photos because the transformation speaks for itself!

Major Safety Concern: Reckless & Illegal Driving in Irvine…read more As a Yelp Elite reviewer, I am posting this to warn the Irvine community about severe public safety issues involving Garage Floors 1 Day. A driver operating one of their branded company vehicles was driving in an extremely reckless, aggressive, and illegal manner--speeding at roughly 90 to 100 MPH directly in an exit lane, tailgating dangerously, and nearly rear-ending my vehicle. Using an exit lane as a high-speed passing strip at nearly triple-digit speeds is not just aggressive; it is outright illegal and puts every family and child on local roads in severe danger. A company's professional standards extend to how their employees act behind the wheel of a marked corporate vehicle. If this business tolerates hazardous and unlawful driving in our neighborhoods, it speaks volumes about their internal culture and complete lack of accountability. I am formally reporting this illegal driving incident to local law enforcement and filing a conduct report with the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB). Neighboring residents should think twice before hiring this business.

Paul was professional and provided information regarding both the look and performance of his product. We heard of Spartaflex through some information online and it was nice to attach a human face to the information. He may not be the lowest price, but his price was competitive given the fact that he does things right (regarding being licensed and bonded and being in compliance with various regulations). It also seems like he takes some extra steps like the moisture testing and thinking into the future about how his product will age and perform. Based on the information provided, his product also seems to be superior. We felt comfortable enough to sign a contract right after his estimate. His crew communicated about their scheduling and their ETAs. They were responsible and we were impressed with Juan and Kyle's demeanor and courtesy. As we look at their job a little over a week out, in the areas that we can see, the product looks good. We have painters working on touching up the transition areas and it's currently covered with paper, but we are excited to see how their product performs over time. We are detail orientated and we appreciate it when people meet these expectations or explain what is feasible. Based on our interactions thus far with Perkins Custom Coatings, we would recommend them.

If he left it up to us I'm convinced we would have been unhappy with the final product.
