We love our new garage floors! This week, spur of the moment, we decided to look into epoxy flooring. We had a few days off from work and thought it'd be a good time to have it done. Sent out a few requests via Yelp and heard back from several companies. Was able to make an appointment with Epoxy Armor Systems via Yelp. Sean responded quickly and we were able to choose our epoxy color and set everything up for the following day. It was nice to be able to set an appointment effortlessly through Yelp! Their website is also very impressive and you can tell this is a top notch company that knows what it's doing. The next morning, Husband and I woke up early and moved everything out of the garage to our side yard. Two EAS workers, Jesse and Antonio, showed up on time (the window for the first day was 8-10am). They greeted us cheerfully and soon got to work. Pleasant guys. It was a very hot day (like 110 degrees), but we were really impressed with how diligently they worked, despite it being sweltering outside. We appreciated their attention to detail and making sure everything was done with excellence. The next day, the guys showed up again promptly during the arrival window (1-3pm). Once again, it was over 100 degrees but Jesse and Antonio worked hard and did not cut any corners. We were impressed by their thoroughness and good work ethic. [I'm sure other companies would send out guys who would rush the job in order to go home earlier. Not these guys--they worked so hard and really made us feel valued as customers.] EAS has really nice high-tech equipment that some of the smaller epoxy companies don't have. As a result, EAS can sand down the floors smoother and make the floors look better. We are glad we selected this company because sometimes only the bigger companies can afford the fancier equipment that is necessary to make the garage look more professional. I didn't think about equipment until the guys were actually out here and we started talking about the machines. EAS should be proud of this team--they really are a great representation for your company. We are very happy with our epoxy floors---it makes the garage look like a brand new home! We also made sure Jesse and Antonio had some cold Dutch Bros on the hot installation days, and they were super happy with the cold drinks. :) We learned about Stoplights and Double Rainbro drinks, lol. The only concern we had was that the guys weren't wearing respirators/masks during the epoxy stage. I started worrying about the guys' health while inhaling that stuff. It seemed very toxic. One guy was even coughing when they were pouring it. Mentioned it to Jesse and he said he usually does wear a mask but their normal van was in the shop. This other van didn't have a lot of their regular equipment. Definitely imperative that management always get their crews extra masks so they don't mess up their lungs or suffer longterm health issues. We put towels under our doors but could still smell the epoxy for many hours after installation. Fortunately it went away by the next morning. Overall, EAS is a great company if you're looking for epoxy flooring. This company's prices are comparable to other companies out there (and lower than some). They also have a lifetime guarantee. We also appreciated how they didn't require a deposit up front before they started work, as some companies do. Thank you, Jesse and Antonio, for your great work!

When I purchased my house earlier this year, the garage floor was in really bad shape. The previous owner applied the cheapest epoxy possible and I really wanted to fix it. I reached out to several local epoxy companies and Epoxy Armor Systems was by for the most responsive and most professional to work with. The price was very competitive and the final product was super high quality. The people they sent to perform the work arrived on time and were extremely friendly. The team who came out and installed epoxy in my garage did a good job.They worked quickly in the heat (July 2024) and were all smiles whenever I saw them. It only took two days to complete. The GM Sean was pleasant when getting quotes and arranging an appointment. He was informative and knowledgeable about the product/services provided. I inquired about doing a second coat and I appreciated that he gave me his honest professional opinion rather than trying to upsell me. A second coat was not necessary for the purpose it was serving. Nearly six months and no issues. I felt their pricing was fair and within industry standards. I will definitely use them again for a future home purchase.

This was one of the easiest and smoothest transactions I have ever had. I gave dimensions of the garage and they provided me with a quote. Their price was the lowest out of all of the companies that I sent a request to. They even helped me remove some old carpet in an extra room I had them epoxy coat. As far as the quality of work, phenomenal! It looks absolutely amazing and I am glad I had the pros do it instead of me trying to do it myself. Their timeline to get the work done was spot on. I did not even have to be home for them to start, I provided them with my garage code, and came home to a new garage floor. All of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the entire process. 10/10, would recommend!

We are so excited that we finally made the decision to put an epoxy floor down in the garage. We are happy we chose Epoxy Armor Systems. The first day was scraping, cleaning and etching, then paint and flakes which was so neat to watch. Next day was a couple hours for the clear coat. Keith and his team were on time for the job and made the process seem effortless. These guys are pros at their trade!! Our new floors are the envy of the neighborhood! TLDR - would highly recommend Epoxy Armor Systems, we're really impressed and love the final result, and the process with them was great! We recently updated our garage floor, and quoted 7 different companies for this job. Epoxy Armor was the first to get back to us, offered a very competitive price with a quick lead time, and offered a no-nonsense lifetime guarantee - other competitors requested multiple onsite measurements, offered complex warantee policies and also had very long lead times to start work. We were really impressed with the result and are in love with our new garage. It was a 2-day process, where the 2nd day we were not able to be there in person and the crew was able to finish the job remotely. We chose the Carrera color but there are many great options to choose from (it was hard to pick!). Extremely professional, communicative, and high quality product. I've been in construction management for a Large commercial General Contractor for 13 years now, and Epoxy Armor Systems is as a professional of an outfit as anyone could ask for. They clearly outlined their work plans, arrival times, schedule and clearly set expectations from day 1. They also adhered to the budget that they established initially and let me know any and all conditions that "could" increase costs. Costs didn't increase. Amazing service from beginning to end! Let me start off by saying as soon as I was interested in Getting my garage doneI decided to give these guys a call to get some estimates. When I called, Sean was extremely helpful and stayed on the phone with me for about 15 minutes describing what Epoxy really is and what the benefits are. He continued to explain the process that they do and answered my many questions in regards to the epoxy service. He was not pushy at all And informed me that if I'm interested in the service to call back and get put on schedule. After two weeks of contacting multiple other businesses, these guys price cannot be beat for their lifetime warranty and quality of work. I called Sean back and booked An appointment, he gave me his personal line and said I can contact him if I had any questions while I was waiting for that date to come. On the day of the appointment, Richard and Cordell arrived on time and Gave me another overview of what they would be doing to the garage. They did not waste any time and immediately got to work. They began to sweep, vacuum, and pressure wash the entire garage before grinding the cement down. Mind you I had just put a fresh white coat of paint on my entire garage walls, when they were done with the process not a single spot was on my walls (very impressed). Richard and Cordell have an extremely great work ethic and we're busting out this job in extremely hot weather while maintaining the utmost professionalism. After day one was complete Richard explain what they did and what the following process would be the next day. Day two, Richard and Cordell arrived on time and immediately started getting to work. After another few hours of their hard work my floors came out amazing. Richard made sure that everything was set up and covered appropriately before they left the job for that day as well as made sure all of my questions were answered. I have never had a company be so professional and on time in my life. Richard and Cordell made me feel like my home was in great hands and triple checked everything both days making sure all doors and garages were secure before they finished the job. I am very impressed with their work ethic and professionalism and I highly recommend this company above anything else. read more

A long time Rocklin neighbor moved and the new owners of the property had Epoxy Armor Systems out before moving in. About 20 years ago I installed the do it yourself Rust oleum epoxy product and it was well past it's prime. I watched Tui and Jesse complete the job next door and was thoroughly impressed. After reading the Yelp reviews I knew I had found the company to redo my epoxy floor. I usually have to spend months doing homework to determine which vendor to use for projects such as this. I called the company and spoke to the manager Sean. That same day by phone I had a quote and install date scheduled. Tui and Jesse arrived on the scheduled date and did the work exactly as advertised. These two installers know exactly what they are doing. Their price was competitive and the work very satisfactory. My garage floor looks great. it has not even been a week since the epoxy work was done and I started using the garage after 4 days (although recommendation was to wait for 3 days). So it is still early days but they do give a warranty for their work. So far it has all been good. Seamless and simple! I requested a quote one evening and the first thing the next day I get a call from Sean who quoted me over the phone based on my garage size. Can hardly believe the transformation! From 40 years of oil and paint stains, plus divots from nails and such, to a beautiful, clean, and tranquil vista of floor. Even better, it only took Richard and Cordell 2 mornings to finish the project. Besides the beauty of the floor we now get to live with for as long as we own the home, I particularly loved how clean the whole process was. Sanding concrete down to get rid of the stains can be messy (I've lived through it before to attest), they were able to do it with NO DUST! I am beyond pleased with the job. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience working with Epoxy Armor System. Looking back at the whole entire process, there is no doubt in my mind that they deserve all of the positive compliments they've received. It has been a little over a week since Tuohy and Jese completed the epoxy, and the results are unbelievable. The two arrived approximately 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment and were extremely pleasant to work with. Due to my indecisiveness, I requested for them to bring two different types of flakes. Not only did they remember to bring the samples, they were also patient and smiled the entire time as I struggled to select just the right flakes! Not only were they respectful to my girlfriend and I, they were also respectful of the space. They did an excellent job of cleaning after themselves and placed my garage door opener in a safe location after completing the job the following day (was unable to be home for the second day d/t work). I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to spruce up their garage! I made a mistake going with a company that specialized in paint work and regretted it since. Epoxy Armor Systems was the easiest to work with out of the various companies I contacted. They scheduled my appointment, contacted me via phone to confirm my color choice, gave me my final price and that was it. No surprises at then end of it all. Their work speaks for itself and they know it, which is why they are very straightforward throughout the whole process. Their team showed up EARLY on both days and got right to work. Thuy, Jesse, and Justin were all very efficient and thorough and we could not be happier with our garage. This is not an easy job and the guys definitely put in hard work. Seeing them in action, you definitely appreciate the effort that goes into it. I followed their instructions and waited to walk and drive on the floors and everything looks great. There's no yellowing or bubbles everything was done very clear. You also can't beat a lifetime warranty for their floors! Recently bought a new house and first thing I wanted to get done was the garage floor. This is my second time using Epoxy Armor and again without a doubt exceeded my expectations. They were able to squeeze me in to an earlier schedule which was nice! They followed up throughout the process and took care of me. Big thanks especially to TUI and JESSE who worked on my garage. They did an excellent job, were very professional, meticulous and were humble guys. They also did my garage at my previous house a few years back. Awesome guys. Awesome results! Tui and Jesse did an awesome job, and I could not be happier with the results. This is my first epoxy garage floor, and every garage I have from now on will have epoxy from Epoxy Armor Systems. I considered a DIY, but after calculating the material costs, it wasn't much more to get it professionally done. And I'm so glad I did, because the DIY results does not even come close to the professional look from EPS. I can't think of anything else where the commercial and professional results are so night and day. Also, Tui and Jesse completed the job in just 2 days, approx 4 hrs each day! Minimal dust, no mess, no overspray, no loose flakes, nada. I can't find anything wrong with the work, and I'm a pretty OCD person. I just wish I had more garages to finish. I love the feel of epoxy on my bare feet. No more dusty feet in the garage. I can slide things across the garage with ease, and no scratch to the epoxy or furniture. spills and dirt wipe up with ease. For an OCD person, an Epoxy Armor System garage is a must. read more

I hired epoxy armor system to put epoxy coating on my garage floor. First, the price for the service was very reasonable. It will cost more than DIY but the number of flakes and the thickness of the epoxy coating justify the incremental cost. Within a short amount of time with this epoxy coating, I had engine oil dripped on them overnight and absolutely no stain on the floor despite I have lighter color flakes. Also, I had a 600lbs pergola delivery that a forklift pushed the pergola parts on a pellet on this epoxy floor and did not even scratch them. After those brutal tests, I am confident to leave a 5-star review and the company offers a warranty but i am sure I won't need it :) read more

Epoxy Armor Systems finished refinishing a 45-year old, earthquake-damaged garage floor in two days. The work was precise, back-breaking, and professional. The temperature in the garage was very high, yet Anthony, Chris, Ryan, and Lonnie were amazing. They worked without a pause for hours, drenched in sweat. The work was perfect. Th result is amazing. After contacting a few places for our garage epoxy flooring I finally settled for Epoxy Armor Systems. First of all they were super responsive in giving me an estimate by providing sq ft and other questions I had. Scheduling an appointment with them was also a breeze. Their pricing was very reasonable compared to other places and they were super professional. Justin did our epoxy and he did an exceptional job. Let's sum up the rating for you (5being the best) before you read through the experience: * Price: 5 (within reason, one of the better rates per sq ft) * Knowledge: 5 (owner-very knowledgeable about the process offered customers a wide range of selection. * Quality of work: 3 (had to come out 2nd time to clean up, and cleaned up the best they could) * Communication: 2 (lack of communication) ----- Details: First time dealing with epoxy garage flooring and had already had a mediocre experience with these guys. First day on the job, late 1 hour. That's fine understandable since it's lunch time but should let me know because I took early time off from work to meet these guys. It was a two day process since I was at work I provided the garage opener for them to work for the next day. After the second day I noticed the job was so sloppy and so did my friends who knew nothing about epoxy said it doesn't look right. I sent Warren Ruben pictures and told him that's not acceptable. 2.5 weeks later he sent his "best guy" Tui to inspect the work. He agreed that the work is sloppy and needs to be redone or touch up. Another 2 weeks passed and was finally scheduled for work to be done. I gave the benefit of the doubt and was patient enough to deal with them. I moved in already and have cars and lots of items in the garage that had to be now taken out. I have an appoint to scheduled today from 8am to 9am for crew to arrive today. I woke up around 6am to ensure the garage cars were moved and ready for the crew. It is now 9:15am, no crew yet. I had to follow up with the owner to see what's going on. He stated that Tui got sick so a new crew will come within the hour. I told him as long as they do a clean proper job that's fine. It is now 11:00am, no call no follow up... so I texted what is the ETA. Ruben said 15 mins. Okay... this is really starting to push my patience. 20 mins later, the guy shows up in the van. Out comes the guy who initially did the Job. He wasn't sure what to expect or do, so he didn't bring the proper equipment. Now he calls his boss to let him know he needs to go get tools. Ok, half of my day is gone and it is now 1:10pm... no progress. 1:40pm, he comes back to start the prep work. Day 2 (Sunday) Crew set to arrive at 8am-9am. They arrived at 7:45am. New guy named Keith. Keith went over the floor and cleaned up the best he could and told me what they had done. It will be cured in a few days for me to update photos and video. But they did their best, and the floor feels a bit more smooth after cleaning up. This most likely will make it easier to clean as it was the initial intent. Job was completed by 10am. If you do decide to go through them, please make sure the job is done right the first time and inspect their work. Don't be afraid to question them and the quality of work. It also becomes a hassle to have shift things around and schedule time off. Hope this helps. read more

I recently moved and the first thing I tackled was the Garage Flooring. This is the second time I've used Epoxy Armor Systems and they did another great job. This isn't your home DIY type of result. I thought I was going to have to replace all the flooring in the house. Denny pulled up the flooring, inspected the floor joist to determine what needed to be done. After pulling up the floor I was relieved that the damage was not as bad as I thought and it could be repaired. Denny spent time going over with me on how to dry the wet wood, spray it with a solution to prevent mold, and told me he would be back in a. couple of days to see how it was drying out. Denny came back out and the wood was dry and the floor was ready to be back installed. Denny installed the flooring, did the dry wall work that needed to be done made sure everything fit perfectly. He did an amazing job repairing my floors. Denny was honest and told me he could repair the floor instead of saying he needed to sell me new flooring. He even went the extra mile and put up new dry wall in the wall. If you have any floor issues, I would highly recommend calling SAWS flooring.

To which I answered, then I was told I should not be speaking to her and I should be talking to my contractor. She asked me how many sqft my house was, when I responded I did not know because my husband is the one with the information, she threw an actual tantrum. She told me we did not know anything, when she never even let me finish a sentence. I held my tongue during the entire conversation. I would highly discourage anyone from going here based off of my experience with this lady. She needs to be removed from the business or she needs to retire if the company wants better sales.

I decided to finish my garage to what i had envisioned for a while. After finishing installing lighting and painting, I started looking into a flooring surface rather than the stained concrete. I live in South Lake Tahoe so I was concerned with the floor being able to withstand the abuse of a snow covered vehicle being parked in the garage. I started looking into the do it yourself epoxy. After reading all the negative reviews and lack of reliability, I then looked into the tiles that snap together on the floor. I then read having tiles in a snow climate area, requires removal of the tile from time to time and cleaning the concrete underneath. Definitely something I did not want to deal with. I decided it was worth the extra money to have an epoxy floor professionally installed. I did a google search of epoxy companies near by south lake tahoe. I came across Epoxy Armor Systems and its positive reviews. I decided to call to see if they came up to Tahoe for jobs. I spoke to Warren on the phone who said they come up the hill all the time and it was no problem. Warren quoted me $1700 for a 400 sq ft 2 car garage. I decided i would also check with a local company who also do epoxy flooring. This local company quoted me $3000 for the same garage! I called Warren back and set up a day to start the installation. He then put me on the phone with Wendy who was very helpful throughout the process. Wendy scheduled to complete my garage floor on a Thursday and Friday. Wendy said people would show up between 11:00 and noon. Thursday at 11:02, a crew promptly arrived at my house, could not believe it. Thomas was very polite and professional and immediately starting diamond grinding the garage. Thomas and his partner finished the first days work in about 4.5 hours. Thomas told me he had scuffed the walls in a couple spots during the install. (I could care less to touch a couple spots, stuff happens) Thomas said they would return the following morning at 9 am. Thomas and his partner arrived right on time, again. They completed the clear coat and floor looked beautiful. Thomas also found my left over paint and touched up the spots on the walls. Tuohy and Jesse got here at 9:30 on a Monday morning, just on schedule, after a 2.5 hour drive from their offices. They spent the next four hours diamond-grinding/prepping the floor. The work was meticulous and they ground in both horizontal and vertical directions and used various sized grinders to get the corners and edges. The machines they used had a built-in vacuum so most of the dust was pulled away immediately. After mixing and applying the epoxy and the sprinkles over the next couple hours, they were done for the day. The next day, they swept and vacuumed away most of the sprinkles. Previously, the surface appeared too textured, but once they went through this step, the surface looked flat as expected. Then they applied a thin protective coating on top for a great, finished look. If you do a little research on DIY epoxy flooring, you will find that the process is fraught with pitfalls. You should not wash or acidize the floor because you may trap moisture which will later ruin your epoxy. The layers should not be too thin or too thick. The proper prepping of the floor requires expensive diamond grinders. It is really true that 80% of the work is in the proper preparation of the surface. Tuohy and Jesse were friendly, professional, and very detail oriented. They did a first-rate job on our garage - highly recommended. read more

I highly recommend Epoxy Armor Systems. My old epoxy floor was starting to show age (13 years) and wear and tear (this was done by a different company that is no longer in business). I talk with Warren the owner, on what my options were. He was very patient and informative, even though I was just looking for repair options. The more I understood about flooring and the advances that Epoxy Armor Systems offered, I set an appointment with their sales rep Sean. He came over and assessed my floor. We discussed different options and I elected to have it resurfaced. The process took probably a total of 5-6 hrs over the course of 2 days. Eric and Matt did the work. Both were extremely professional, polite and appreciative. They did a fantastic job. I love the results and would highly recommend Epoxy Armor Systems, especially for your garage floor. Had a great, great, great experience from quotation to finished product. Warren the owner is AWESOME and Tomas and Scott the installers are TOP NOTCH!! I had a friend epoxy his own garage floor and he told me it took $800 in materials and three full days of work to prep/apply, and that he had a friend helping all three days. When I actually valued my time (even at just $25/hr [which is incredibly low, I am a lawyer]), that of a helper and then the materials, it was a complete NO BRAINER to go with Epoxy Armor Systems, That same friend comes over and marvels at how well my floor turned out in comparison to his. And that is not even to mention that my floor has a LIFETIME GUARANTEE ... the only guarantee my friend has is that he will need to recoat his floors in a handful of years. With all of this in mind, I can't recommend Warren and team enough .,. you will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!! read more

Everyone that sees the floor is amazed at how good it looks including the contractor that built the garage. Craig And Brandon are true professionals. They always called ahead to let me know what time they were coming and when they were done for the day they left everything neat and clean. Very happy with the work Sean and co-worker did. My garage floor looks great. I have 2 issues however. They did not arrive until 3p instead of 9a due to an accident on the freeway and a problem they encountered with previous customer. It was such a hot day and they looked so tired, I told them to come back the next morning. There was a moisture problem with the floor so had to wait 2 days for it to dry (not their fault). A few days after the work, I found hundreds of flakes in drawers and cabinets from the blowing they did to remove any extra flakes from the floor. Probably should have draped the drawers and cabinets. Nevertheless, I am very satisfied with how our garage floor looks and would definitely recommend them. read more

Mika and Rudy did a great job on my garage floor. They showed up on time both days even though they came from about two hours away. They worked very hard for two days diamond grinding the floor in several directions and in every corner (even around my workbench legs!) and then applying the epoxy and sprinkles making my drab, dirty floor look better than new. The next day they applied the clear protective coat and cleaned up the entire area. They left the job site very clean and gave me clear directions about when the floor could be walked upon and then driven upon. Just had Ryan and Lonnie from Epoxy Armor Systems finish my garage floors and they did an awesome job. They grounded the 20 year old floor and the new section to prepare the floor for epoxy they insured that any imperfections in the floor were patched and repaired prior to coating. The floor is amazing my wife wants to use it as a dance floor. Since this project came out so great we are considering doing our outdoor kitchen area once it is completed. I would recommend contacting Sean with Epoxy Armor Systems and using Ryan and Lonnie for any job big or small they are very detail oriented and want you to be happy with the completed job. I was very impresssed with Expoxy Armor Systems from beginning to end, from the salesman, Ray Langes, to the boys who worked on my floor, Craig Jetton and Gary Jetton, to the office/owners of the company, Warren and Wendy Ruben. This is the first house I've been able to have my garage floors finished. I spoke to a lot of people who told me I could do it myself. I've heard a lot of horror stories about unhappy people trying to finish their own. I choose to save some time and have it done by professionals. Justin and his coworker showed up early afternoon and worked in to the evening, first repairing the massive cracks in our garage floor and grinding until it was hard to tell the that they were ever there. Justin definitely went the extra mile making sure I was happy with the final product. The following day, Richard and his coworker came to apply the clear coat. They also take great pride in their work and all four should get a fat raise! The final product looks amazing! Can't wait to see the cabinets installed in a couple weeks. We dealt with Warren Ruben in the planning stages and he was quite helpful in helping us to narrow down our garage floor options. The guys that showed up at our home in Lake Wildwood to do the job were fantastic. Tomas has 10 years of experience in doing epoxy floor treatments and it was very apparent he really knew his business. I called Sean and he was able to give me a quote right over the phone and get me scheduled to have my floor done in one easy call. The communication was great leading up to the install to make sure I had everything ready and even adjusted my color preference when I changed my mind after reviewing the extensive gallery on their website. The cabinet salesman recommended EAS and so I chose them to do my three car garage. The two-man crew of Tui and Albert were exceptional. It's rare you get a 5 star job done these days, but I did. Tui and Albert were very friendly and professional. They explained each step of each process they were doing. I'm so glad I didn't buy a kit at a box store and try to do it on my own. Super easy company to work with. We are in the Central Valley and went to their showroom in Folsom area to look at the samples of the floors. They were patient and informative, never pushy or overbearing. Made an appointment, Tui and Jesse showed up on time and did an outstanding job! They both were very nice and hardworking. My wife saw their work at a friends house and wanted EAS to redo our garage floor since it is a DIY epoxy job by the previous owner. It was okay compared to our plain cement floor at our old house but now it's showroom level for sure. Stuff wipes off and won't stain due to the 3 layer clear coat top. I just had an epoxy floor installed in my 2 and 1/2 car garage and I love it. The process went very smoothly from my contact at the show room to the installation. I do want to comment on the friendly and professional installers they used for this project. They did a great job and had a great attitude. I would recommend this to anyone. I had done some research and the reason I chose this company was that they used a lot more flecks in the epoxy than would you can get at Home Depot and Lowes. read more

They got right to work, were efficient, careful and cleaned up afterwards on the first day. On the second day they again were on time, worked neatly and efficiently.
