I have been going here for 3 years and have nothing but the best to say about everything! I love this along beyond words. I saw Beth for 2 years and Sara for 1 year but now I see Carrie. They have been hair doctors for me and we're always on the same page, whether I wanted to wear my hair semi-permanently straightened, natural, or flat-ironed. This is a late review (I visited in May '20) but putting this review so someone finds this useful. I'm an Indian (so ethnic wavy/curly hair) and went here for a haircut. The stylist here are not used to working with ethnic hair. I paid 100$ plus tip for the stylist who literally did nothing much (by her own confession) except probably cut a strand or two. I finally found a hair stylist in this city that I trust and it's Evelyn. I emailed to make an appointment for a balayage and cut. This was my first time getting my hair colored so I was a little nervous... but Evelyn put my worries to ease immediately. She greeted me with a warm smile and walked me through the whole process beginning with my balayage inspos and gave me recommendations on color. I was overdue for a hair cut as well. Beth Stock Schindler did a fabulous job on my baylayage in December 2017!! I am super careful when it comes to coloring my hair, so I appreciated the consultation beforehand which was like a deep dive/101 re: my hair, my priorities, and my concerns. After, Beth was able to walk me through two different techniques that she thought I would like based on the pictures I showed her, and we ultimately landed on a technique that would concentrate a lot of the sun-kissed natural-looking color at the ends of my hair and around my face.
