What I love most is how convenient and consistent they are. For the most part, everyone I've had has been great, and you can usually walk in with little to no wait and get a really good deep tissue massage. I've come here so many times with a knot in my shoulder or neck pain, and they've helped relieve so much of it. This isn't necessarily the place you come for a luxury spa experience or the aesthetics you come here because you want a genuinely good massage at a great price. I had heard of this place because it has been around forever, but had never been. Recently, I slept weird had that the most terrible pinched nerve in my upper back. My friend and a Golden Massage regular suggested I book deep tissue with Sophia. I did 30 minutes and asked her to focus on my upper left back. Wow, she really worked out all the knots I had, and after my session with her I finally felt relief. They were able to see me the same day within an hour of me calling and the total was $50. Bring cash to pay as this spot is old school. While I won't say it is the most glamourous of spas, it is a great price and they do a good job. There is a parking lot attached to the building with a good amount of spaces.

The spa itself is elegantly designed, combining modern luxury with elements of Eastern tranquility. I opted for a full-body massage, and the therapist was absolutely skilled in addressing my areas of tension. The pressure was perfect, and I felt every muscle relax and release. The use of high-quality oils and the attention to detail in each movement was exceptional. The facilities are top-notch, with a gorgeous relaxation area, steam rooms, and a beautiful pool overlooking Biscayne Bay, adding to the sense of escape. The staff was warm and professional, making sure my experience was seamless from start to finish. Overall, the Mandarin Oriental Spa is a perfect oasis of calm in the heart of Miami. It's the ideal place to unwind and rejuvenate whether you're a local or just visiting the city. The pool was a little small but the view is beautiful.

The spa at the Lowe's Coral Gables has a great Miami spa month where you can get a massage and facial for around $200. We arrived early to take advantage of the hotel amenities. As we arrived, we were greeted promptly by the concierge. He took us up to the pool and set up our towels, so we could be comfortable. The one thing I can say throughout the day is that the service at this hotel was top-notch. People remembered your name. Remember details were very friendly. I never had to wait any amount of time to get something I needed from staff. After spending a day at the hotel, we went down for our services. We started off with a lavender foot bath, which was a great way to start a massage. This spa doesn't have saunas and other amenities within the spa. But the overall general vibe of the place was a great time and I would definitely come back.

Edit: UPDATED REVIEW…read more I was in contact with the leadership team from Now Massage and we discussed the concerns. The leadership team was very responsive to my experience. I went back this morning for another massage with another therapist, as my initial appointment may have been a one/off experience. And it DEFINITELY was a one off experience. Today I was with Ivan. What an amazing massage. He was on point from the initial meeting through the end of the massage, continually checking in and working through the knots in each muscle group I had tightness in. It left me feeling refreshed and wished I could have spent more time with him. Definitely a place to try when in Miami or go to frequently if you live here. And while they have a vast team, I recommend Ivan. I look forward to my next massage with him. Previous massage: The massage was just okay. The massage felt more like using pressure point rather than a traditional massage. I did clarify with the staff that I selected the correct massage package and they confirmed I did. The facility itself doesn't have extra amenities like a steam room or sauna, but they did an amazing job decorating the massage area! As others mentioned it is a common space area, with curtains in between each treatment area. It certainly provides privacy but if you are someone who must have a room with walls and a door this may not be your place. The price I thought was average for the massage and facility. I did add a star because the front desk team was genuinely concerned about my experience and did a good job in trying to make it as right as they could. This could be a one off for the massage since others rave about it, but this is what I noticed.

He did not miss a single thing! He thoroughly explained the amenities and how to navigate the hotel, allowing us to take our time--which was so appreciated since we were traveling with a toddler. The hotel was immaculate, clean, and organized. I especially noticed this because during our previous stay in Miami, our other hotel was undergoing construction on multiple levels, leaving many amenities out of service or limited. To top it off, the Kimpton EPIC was even able to accommodate our early check-in request. Thanks Kimpton, we will definitely be back to see you and Eduardo!

Great location. Great service. Nice amenities…read more We booked a room here through Costco Travel for an extended weekend getaway and it was a great choice. It's close to the airport and super convenient to restaurants and shoppes (Brickell City Center). Every time we walked into the lobby, there were bellmen to open the door and greet you. The room looks similar to some of the all-inclusive resorts we frequent. The lobby was a great place to sit and people watch and in Miami, there's a lot to see! There are two restaurants on the property: Zuma and Area 31 (inside was closed for renovations during our stay). The pool bar drinks were "ok" and there's a happy hour everyday in the lobby; the Paloma was really good. Walls are super thin; we could hear our neighbors sneeze and their tv. And, there were some stains on our linen. Those are the main reasons I can't give it 5 stars. I would stay again despite those criticisms.
