This is a place to go if you want people who are great with hair and don't need all the bells and whistles. This "Master colorist" with "41 years " experience is a joke. She not only did a terrible uneven, poorly placed foil job, she doesn't understand the basic chemistry of what she's doing. I initially reached out 4 days later to let her know i was not happy with the work. I sent her pictures and she accused me of doing something to my hair. It turned out the lighting was bad making the pictures appear even worse than it was. She didn't reply anymore. The next day I sent pictures taken outside in daylight and some with my hair washed and styled. I explained the previous pictures must have been due to the lighting. I requested a refund of the color portion. She didn't respond. It's a short cut, nothing difficult for other salons where I used to live. Basically they put the blame on everybody but themselves. I don't think there's any accountability for training and techniques you would think they would have. I am guessing it is poorly managed since accountability is not up on their list. Don't ask for anything to be different next time you go since receiving any feedback is unheard of it seems. I wish them well but remember, at that location....The customer is always wrong.
