You don't even try to accommodate me in anyway so keep lying keep talking lies. That's a damn shame. So I'm so sorry you guys think "hell" is such a bad word. I've seen her just for that too as it always feels like a treat for myself and at $30 is we'll worth it as she isn't skimpy on the conditioning products used.

It's a short cut, nothing difficult for other salons where I used to live. Basically they put the blame on everybody but themselves. I don't think there's any accountability for training and techniques you would think they would have. I am guessing it is poorly managed since accountability is not up on their list. Don't ask for anything to be different next time you go since receiving any feedback is unheard of it seems. I wish them well but remember, at that location....The customer is always wrong.
