I have gone to several doctors over the last 10 years for Dysport and fillers. I have never been to such a conscientious doctor. Dr. Peterson took his time to understand what I was trying to accomplish. He also took his time with the injections to be sure I didn't have any bruising. I've never received this level of attention when getting this type of work done. The results are great! He treated my face as an entire package rather than in parts. He made sure that what he did worked well with the other areas he was treating to accomplish the overall look. Love him! I'm so thankful I found him. And, I don't need to drive into Fort Worth to see a doctor. Excellent care right here in Granbury!

The staff at Solis is great. BUT be very careful having a mamogram at Lake Granbury Medical Center!…read moreSolis is listed as "a department" of Solis. You are fine if you have Medicare, but if you have insurance Solis will bill and get paid. THEN you will get an absolutely ridiculous bill from Lake Granbury for the use of their facility. Use caution. I was told I was 100% covered. No. Last year, I bought a mamogram ahead of time from MDSave and paid nothing..didn't use my insurance...apparently they can't charge you when you go this route. Allergy season was a nightmare because I'm allergic to cedar fever and ragweed, and I could hardly breathe. Dr. Krzeminski recommended surgery, and although I was super nervous and put it off for a year, I finally went through with it. After the surgery, I can breathe tremendously better--just like he said I would. The nurses were fantastic and calmed me down when I was anxious. Plus, the lady at the front desk (I wish I remembered her name) was so helpful when I forgot my CareCredit card. She looked up my account so I didn't have to run back home. Overall, the entire staff at Lakeshore ENT has been amazing. My quality of life is so much better now, especially during allergy season. I highly recommend Dr. Krzeminski and the whole team. They truly made a huge difference for me."

FIND A NEW DOCTOR, Granbury has plenty of them. Been a…read morepatient of Dr. Smith for over 30 years and loved him... However over the past 5-6 years things have gone south. From EVERY appointment being 45mins to 1 hour late, to lack of communication, to non-existent follow-up (still waiting on a call from December 2024 when I specifically asked if they would call me right back...yep, yep....NOPE!!) To seeing a different PA every time I go in, which means you have to start all your medical history explanation over, in fact, haven't even seen Dr. Smith in YEARS... My appointment was at 8:30am...and as per normal I pride myself getting there 15-20minutes early just to make sure all is ready so there is no delay... After 9:30am (1 hr after my appointment was suppose to be / 1 hr 20minutes since I walked in the door) I got up and left. Heck they open at 8:00am--how can you be 1+ Hrs behind and you only opened 30 minutes ago?? If the customer / patient was this late or missed an appointment then there are penalties associated with that (which I agree), but what happens when the clinic is over 1hr late??? Doesn't seem fair, my time is just as important as your time...and I am the Patient / Customer who is PAYING for the service. Used to be a great place, but either Dr Smith has taken in too many patients, they lack proper scheduling training, or purposefully they are just cramming as many cattle into the trailer as they can to turn a profit...either way, customer service has gone to heck...and too many other Doctors in Granbury to waste my time.
